Love the clothes and the customer service is pretty good but sometimes when you ask a employee to check the back for something in a different size they say “we only have what’s in front” but other times they go and check and do end up having more so it can be frustrating when they lie and you have to go ask someone else☹️🙂

Bought my son a hoodie that ended up not fitting him so we needed to return it. Brand new, never been worn, just unfortunately the wrong size for him. They would not let me return the hoodie because my son had taken the tags off. Nowhere on the receipt does it state this, and every other corporate clothing company would have happily returned or exchanged the item. They were inflexible and rude about it. I won’t shop here ever again-I can go elsewhere for the same mass produced clothing with better return policies. Sometimes you need to exchange or return a clothing item-especially a gift because sizing can be so iffy. If the item is in pristine condition and they still turn you away it’s a 🚩

I get it, we all have hard lessons to learn, especially teenagers. However, Hollister's recent return/exchange policy change requiring a receipt or phone number really sucks for my kid who spent $80 on a pair of pants that he just needs to exchange for a different color that he bought a month before this policy change and of course dragged his feet on getting over there so now he's SOL. The product is no better or more special than anywhere else so don't bother shopping there if you don't want to deal with the hassle of signing up and giving them your information (rewards/data collection/consumer monitoring) or keeping track of constant bits of paper. There are still 90% of companies out there, still greedy lol, but who care about customer service and repeat customers

Came into the Hollister store in Washington square mall today before they closed and this Asian worker only came up to me and told me they wouldn’t help me up at the front even tho I made it in the store before they closed but all the white people were still checking out. I then leave the store and hear her talking to her coworkers and complaining about me when I just was in there for no more than 5 minutes. Horrible customer service.

this place has amazing clothing I love the way it looks however it has 2 big issues. Number one begging the cost I went there and i spent 200 dollars only buying 4 things only 4. The other big issues was the customer service. If you look at the other reviews they all say there customer service is sh*t and i can honestly say it was. First when I asked questions because it was my first time there they barely payed attention as if I was wasting their time like your job is to literally help me. Also 3 out of my 4 things still have the buzzer on them and it made no sound when we left. Now i have to go back and ask them take off the buzzers and it's like 20 minutes away from me. However there cloths are really good and that's why I gave them 3 and not 1

They have nice clothes for teens, but employees could be a little bit more happy since its a business.
