“These people are wonderfully professional, knowledgeable, capable, intelligent, and personable. I have home and auto with State Farm / Paul Barton. Each time I've called, whether it has been six weeks or six months, they remember who I am, pull up my record based on my name and phone number, and make things incredibly easy. Going over my homeowner policy declaration pages on the phone with Evelyn today, she not only remembered who I was, even though we hadn't spoken in nine months: she remembered what I was actually covered for and had my record pulled up and gave me exactly what I needed right away. If I could give 10 Stars I would. Love this company. This is the polar opposite of the company I switched from (not naming names but starts with a "P" and ends with "essive"). I was often hard-pressed to get any kind of help with P-essive, and filing a claim then reaching anyone was difficult. I am SO glad I found Paul Barton at State Farm, and their agents. Counting my lucky stars. PS: State Farm's claims department are also rock stars. Super easy to deal with. I once filed and withdrew a claim, as I opted to pay repair costs myself. This call did no go on my record nor raise my premiums. ⭐ Unlike with the insurer I broke up with. I once called their claims line to ask a question, and they treated it like a claim and put it on my record. I never filed a claim. But they raised my rates anyway. You'll never find State Farm doing anything shady like that.”

“Another year, another review. Once again my accident policy from American Fidelity has been a blessing to us. My husband and I were hit by a drunk driver a few months ago and I sustained some injuries. While the driver thankfully had insurance covering medical expenses, we’ve needed some help due to limitations from injury. Shortly after my husband slipped on a wet floor and had to have some X-rays done. As with every single claim we’ve ever filed (and there have been many… turns out we are quite accident prone!) our claims were handled quickly and efficiently. The extra cash has been very helpful as we will not get a settlement from insurance yet with medical treatments ongoing. Bonus - not for the first time, the claims reviewer actually found a benefit we weren’t expecting when we submitted our medical records. An extra unexpected $50 was a nice surprise indeed.I just renewed my policies (after the positive early experiences with the accident policy I signed up for several other supplementary insurances) and as always had a wonderful experience. Anna and Nicole are both awesome reps. Never any high pressure pitches, but always good reminders to claim wellness benefits. I was glad for the reminder to check my last reported salary on my disability policy to be sure I’d be adequately covered for income replacement if needed. Anna even investigated if my latest accident might qualify for a second small benefit under another policy.
