“By the way, I’ve been a State Farm client since 1968. That’s 58 years!! And throughout that time, I have never had an agent’s office treat me as well as you. Two things stuck with me about Sam:
1) I’m in Utah and she really couldn’t help me. Our son , the Portland resident has to do this on his own. So, she really wasn’t doing anything to make $$ for the agency by taking my call.
2) I was calling about a renters policy. The profits on this policy make it hardly worth the extra effort. Yet, Sam, treated me like I was insuring several multimillion dollar homes and a fleet of exotic cars.
She set a new high bar for customer service. And you even laughed at my “Bad Dad Jokes”. If I was in Portland, I’d try to steal her away to work at our bank.”

“Incredibly helpful customer service reps here — to a fault —- and a well stocked “travel store” with all manner of travel goodies to choose from if you’re in need. Prices are on the high side but they stock pretty much just tue good quality stuff; Briggs & Riley, Baggalini, etc. lots of parking and a charging station to boot. A pleasant experience.”
