“By the way, I’ve been a State Farm client since 1968. That’s 58 years!! And throughout that time, I have never had an agent’s office treat me as well as you. Two things stuck with me about Sam:
1) I’m in Utah and she really couldn’t help me. Our son , the Portland resident has to do this on his own. So, she really wasn’t doing anything to make $$ for the agency by taking my call.
2) I was calling about a renters policy. The profits on this policy make it hardly worth the extra effort. Yet, Sam, treated me like I was insuring several multimillion dollar homes and a fleet of exotic cars.
