My mother and I walked in just to use the restroom and maybe get a crunchy snack to stay awake on the road. I stayed in the car at first and then my mother ran out after using the restroom. After opening the door she said, "Their bathroom is super clean!" So we both walked in together. It was true! The whole store was very neat and inviting; not to mention the amazing customer service. The man working that night was super kind. His eyes expressed joy and a genuineness that is hard to come by with customer service. Especially at a gas station convenience store. This location is added to my favorites!

Don’t bother coming for gas before 6am unless you want to wait for an attendant for 5+ minutes. They’ve lost out on $200+ in sales from me since the start of the year.

So I just went and got gas. Before he pumped I was at 3 quarters tank. I paid 21.00 in cash. Went to my car. Guy said he was done and have a good day. Started up my car and pulled out. I am still at 3 quarters tank. When I go to feed Meyers gas 20 gives me at least a quarter tank. 21 didn't make a dent in my gas? I smell a rip off... Ok, So I called and they realized they had forgotten to start it. I went back and got my gas. Everything is back to good.

This locations bathroom was out of tp. Their excuse was that they are waiting on frieght. Very poor management if they can't stay stocked up on tp.

Store had sign max 4 customers. I went in and the next thing I know there are 8 people in the store. I said something and the manager told me employees and vendors don’t countNo Covid 19 safety in the store by employees. Bad attitudes.

Can't count how many times I've shown up here and waited 20 plus minutes to get gas while there is a sign on the locked door saying they are in the restroom. Currently standing here right now. Irritating.

The best gas station in the area, the staff are brilliant and the customer service their taught to use is just unbelievable, makes me feel like the saying "the customer is always right and always comes first" is actually true. Brittany is way too nice to be talked to the way I've heard her talked to by upset customers, but she always handles it very politely and never with a shred of anger, and she's obviously a great boss because her employees seem to respect her and listen to her requests. I've seen quite a few managers come and go, all the way back to Nam who is now down the street by the mall, but Brittany is the one I'm most impressed by and hopeful that she'll stick around. Jackson's is a great company that I'll always use to fuel my personal car as well as the company trucks. The selection and prices are near perfect but the reasons I keep coming back and referring them is simple...their customer service.
