My poor car has had some troubles these past two weeks that scared the living daylights out of me. Nothing the guys at this Jiffy Lube location couldn’t handle. Elijah actually came out to me on the side of the road and gave me the power I needed to get me back to his shop. A SUPERHERO indeed. Elijah KNOWS cars. That is why I only want him taking care of my car business. And he sincerely CARES about his customers. STELLAR person. Ryan, Willy, Cody, Mike, I appreciate ALL of you. Your impeccable work ethic, professionalism, wonderful manners, super know-how. Thank you. I totally recommend THIS Jiffy Lube location for all your car troubles/needs. Oh my goodness! They even vacuumed my gross car and made it look fancy and new again. Thanks, Guys. Lots of love to you.

Great experience today at Tigard Jiffy Lube! Makes it easy with a little one - very fast service while we stayed in the car - about 12 minutes. No unnecessary upsells and coupons applied. Highly recommend.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at an oil service place! Was 90 degrees and decided I was lazy that day and wanted to have them do my oil change they stripped my oil pan bolt didn’t say anything and sent me on my way got home noticed car is leaking oil! No big deal take it back and have them fix it! Day 2 put a new plug in knew it wasn’t gonna hold sent me on my way again got home 5 minutes down the road and car is leaking oil again! Day 3 go back with a bit of an attitude as I’ve missed work and plans I had because I had to get my car to stop leaking oil! Again put a new plug in it and sent me on my way even said it’s prolly gonna reject that plug and if it does come back and we will fix it! Day 4 same exact problem leaking from drain pain bolt! They rethreaded it and sent me on my way again with the option of taking it to a mechanic and paying out of pocket in hopes that one day they reimburse me! Not doing that! As I know the process and can’t afford hundreds of dollars for someone else mistake! So I decided to just replace my oil pan and pay for all the parts and oil and all the shit they messed up! Got the oil pan off just to find lots of metal shavings and broken threads just sitting in my pan which I know isn’t good for the motor! So after 4 days of taking my vehicle to jiffy lube and them knowing the fix they are doing isn’t gonna hold I replaced everything my self and solved the issue but I am so beyond irritated and they did nothing to help or make it right! By far worst place in town and do not recommend taking your car to these temu mechanics! They do nothing know what they are doing and there is a reason they work at jiffy lube and not a mechanic shop! Dooooo nottt trust these guys with your car they will ruin your stuff and do nothing to make it right! 180 dollars for an oil change and some wipers turned into 6-8 hours of work! Missed work days 110 for an oil pan 30 for a gasket multiple tools to reach hard bolts that are inside transmission basically I’m at about 300 plus the 180 and allll of that because I wanted a oil change place to change my oil! What a mistake and a life lesson to not let people that don’t know what they are doing work on your car! Never again!

They noticed the sludge build-up and used an oil cleaner 1st...drain the oil cleaner , replaced the oil filter ( 2nd time ) and re-filled with new oil...none of the other quick oil changes ever offered that...great job guys

They lied. Dishonest staff, said they lubed and topped off all but when I checked, they had not. When I asked them to do it, they didn't have the right tools to lube all zirks on my truck. They offered no discount for a partial service.Do not go there.

They tried to rip me off on a auto service that was absolutely not necessary! The brakes were perfectly fine and healthy, and did not need to be replaced.
