Cam in for an oil change, I’ve been here for over three hours and they are still trying to upsell me, and still no oil in the car. They have told me I’m in a Toyota more than a half a dozen times when I’m in a Honda civic. Then I get to hear about the games they play on their phone more than they are working on the car, and not to eachother, to me so I can use their referral code so I can give them rewards for their game. Bullshit service.

I came in to get a 2nd opinion on my starter and alternator. AutoZone said my starting and charging system failed. Jiffy Lube said their test is more accurate and everything turned out normal. I love this place. Close to home too!

I’ll be the first to admit I’m not good at getting in for oil changes, because often the men who work there try to upsell when they see a woman driving the car, but today it wasn’t that issue as much as the employee named Brendan talking badly about customers within earshot and being condescending right to my face. Regardless it just reinforces how much it sucks getting anything done to my car.

I have been a customer for 7years but my recent experience was so bad. They changed my transmission oil first then I had to take my car to the mechanic to change the transmission gas casket, which was not a wise decision or expertise at all because when the mechanic changed the transmission gas casket, they had to do the oil too. So in short I paid $145 for nothing which was a rip off or to increase their sales of the day. Definitely not a happy Camper.

I rolled up 15 minutes before official close time. They were closing early due to lack of business that day, but they fired everything back up and changed my oil. Really friendly team here!

Manger complaining about working alone and had a bad attitude.Tried to charge me 110 bucks when I brought my own syn oil.Explained paid 55 before.More attitude.Went up the street to other JiffyLube and recieved service for 55 and was a pleasant experience.

. I went to this Tigard location at 15410 SW Pacific Hwy on October 17th. when I went there I asked them specifically to check to make sure I had no oil leaks, they made me wait inside so I didn’t get to see what they were doing but at the end of the visit, I was told that, “your car is fine, they are no problems with your oil and you have no oil leaks.” Then about 2 weeks later I get in my car and drive out of my apartment complex and go 10 mins down the road and my car just died. I pulled over and looked under the car and all the oil came out of my car. I’ve looked at my last 4 receipts and none of them have had any oil leak codes on them at all. I had one back in January of this year have a code but I got that checked out by mechanic and it was due to my valve cover gasket which I had replaced and no issues since then. So the last 4 visits there had no notation of oil leaks. This ticks me off because the car is a 2016 with 115k miles on it. The oil filter that is under the car is a jiffy lube one, because they have been the only ones to touch it in the last 2 years. I don’t have money for another car and I would like this one fixed and taken care of. It’s not fault this happened, jiffy lube screwed up by not tightening my oil filter tight enough. I will be taken my car to the dealership this week to find out a quote for an engine replacement. This week was the soonest appt they had.
