Although I thought the customer service was good, the store looked like it was going out of business. The aisles were quite empty. There was no Jewlery findings or clay available at alll but online it says that they had those items in stock.

The fall of Joann's is imminent. This location is run on a skeleton crew, evident in extremely long and slow checkout lines and just a constant restocking mess in every part of the store. Hats off to the employees who are hanging in there...I have no idea how they are expected to keep up with inventory, run check out, run the fabric counter, clean up and keep this place running with as few employees as they have.

I found a fabric to complete my project. The cashier was able to help make it more affordable by helping me with my coupon.

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Nothing is priced correctly or at all. Dirty bathrooms dirty bloody underwear’s and other clothing items were overfilled the trash cans. Back of store is completely neglected literal cob webs and dead bugs everywhere under the matting and foam displays. All around uncomfortable to shop here

Everything we looked at was either not priced or mispriced. The cashier was extremely helpful, but the management acted like we were interrupting when they were asked about pricing. Managent, either empower your staff with pricing access or you should all take classes on customer service. This will be my last visit to this location.

Horrible service. Went in for one item which it says was in stock. Couldn’t find it so I asked for help. First person was busy, but told me they were in the back, so I asked a couple others. One replied, “I’m off now”, the other replied “I don’t know, we are really understaffed and have lots of boxes everywhere in the back”. I waited for the busy person who went and looked and told me the item was there, but they couldn’t get to it so to try back another day. No help, got the whole not my job attitude.

Literally zero stars for the Tigard location. Placed an order for curbside 4 days ago and it hasn't been pulled or canceled. I called 2 days ago to verify they had it and the lady said it takes up to 48hrs to pull and to just come inside and do it myself. I was planning on driving 60 miles one way to get this shirt because it was sold out everywhere near me. The app says order before 3pm for same-day pick up. When you call the store it just rings and rings. Corporate should really look into the management choices for Tigard.

Good sales and good variety of fabric. Helpful staff. I shopped early evening between major sales promos but all items I got were on sale. In the past I have also shopped online and picked up items in store in when i didnt have much shopping time.

Google states that they open at 9am but they don’t open until 10am. I would suggest opening at your advertised time or adjust the hours through your Google advertisement.

This aisles of crafts (not the fabric) are narrow. I had my two kids with me and we can’t get down an aisle if there is one person in it. I wandered the store past many aisles looking for what I needed and did not find one employee to ask for help.The prices are good and the store fabric is organized but many of the other aisles are not. Sale prices are decent and location is convenient to my home which is the one star. I usually go to Michael’s crafts but I had to drive right past Joann’s to get home from an errand. It’s always been like that. Understaffed with a strong dedication to fabric craft customers. Next time I’ll be going out of my way to Michael’s.

I have been here and some of the staff is friendly, some of the staff is rude and short. But what really bothers me is that you cannot get ahold of their business through the phone or online. You can't even leave a voicemail when you call this business. Extremely frustrating.

Good store and very reasonable prices. My first visit to the shop was good, the staff were great they have very nice and helpful stuff
