I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Kay Jewelers. They helped me design and put together a replacement wedding ring. They helped me fit my budget and were very clear about their pricing. Everyone that I worked with on this, Kate and Coriel, were so nice! Thank you!

They completely dropped the ball. I'll give them 2 stars because they actually did a great job at resizing my ring and polishing it. But they told me when I dropped it off that it would take about 3 weeks to get finished. Then they'd email me once it was ready to pick up. I asked them, "can you call me also? I don't check emails too often and I could miss it." They said yes and circled my number on the order ticket and wrote "call when finished". Well, two while months goes by and I got no email, no phone call, nothing. I finally called and sure enough, it had been done and sitting their waiting for over a month. But they never notified me about that. You'd think that if somebody didn't come up pick up their expensive jewelry they'd reach out and contact those people. But nope. They just let it sit there. Really bad customer service on an otherwise great job. Too bad, because their work is impeccable. But they need to work more on fixing their protocall for service work when it comes back and training their staff.

Suma is so warm and lovely! I was nervous to pick out the right band for my wedding and she helped me find the perfect addition to my engagement ring! She truly cared for my fiance and I, and wanted to help us find the best fit for our wedding sets! I will absolutely come back to Kay Jewelers because of this interaction!

DEADLY INTEREST RATE CREDIT CARD Be aware of your contract terms and timelines. I was charged $521 for one month in interest for the full amount I borrowed 2 years ago, when my statement balance was less than $400 at the time. It's not what you owe; it's what you borrowed in the first place. If you go paperless, you will not be notified of when your promotional period ends and the full amount is due, with all interest being charged.

This store and staff are the best! We worked with Blanca who was one of the best sales associates I've ever worked with. She was knowledgeable and patient and helpful beyond words. The ring we got for my wife was perfect. Blanca even answered texts and went out of her way on her time off and vacation. That's is customer service that you don't find much anymore. If you need or have jewelry needs, I recommend this Kay's store at Washington Square Mall. You won't be disappointed. Ask for Blanca, but all the staff and manager are top notch.Thank you Blanca.....you have customers for life!

My (now husband) twenty years ago purchased my engagement and wedding ring from this very Kay Jewelers. He also purchased the lifetime warranty. In twenty years we had moved a number of times and I had mixed feelings about the customer service I received in various places in the US. We returned to Oregon and I finally went back. And I could not have left Washington Square Kay Jewelers happier. My faith was restored! I came in saying it had been a long time since I had been in. My ring needed attention, and I was even missing a diamond, which I knew I would have to pay for. Ricky was my clerk, and he could not have been kinder, more friendly, or helpful. He immediately found my account (did not hassle me or pressure me) he helped me work with my warranty, what I needed to pay to replace my diamond (my inspections had lapsed so that was clearly on me), h suggested it needed new prongs and he wanted to make sure it is ready for more decades to come. I received a paper and digital receipt. I received confirmation my ring arrived at the repair facility, and received an email that my ring was back in the store. And it was a week early! I was thankful for Ricky's excellent customer service and sent a personal thanks to the store manager and received one in return. I think in this day and age we accept subpar customer service as the status quo with chain stores. But Washington Square Kay came through, and I will be sure to keep up on my warranty inspections and they will have my business in the future.

Coriel Wormdahl is such a delight to work with at this location— he talked through options with me for my fiance and my wedding bands, and he was so knowledgable and helpful. He was easily able to customize our bands and walked me through the full set of options, and had great ideas as to how we could get a preview of what we'd be getting before the rings came in (e.g. I was interested in a 1mm width band which he didn't have in stock— he suggested I turn my ~1mm engagement ring around on my finger to get an idea of what it would look like— so simple and so effective. I'm still shocked I didn't think of it, and still so grateful he suggested it!). We corresponded over email for a bit after my visit and he was incredibly prompt and informative with his responses. Thank you Coriel for making this part of wedding planning so much less stressful!

Cornell Wormdahl the store manager has always gone above and beyond to make sure that my experience in the store has been wonderful he is smart, he is a very good with customers. And I was makes my trip to Kay's a wonderful experience.

I came in to add extra to my wedding band. I’ve been in multiple times and couldn’t find anything that I really liked. I came in today and ruby helped me. At first, I couldn’t find anything but they ended up suggesting these two bands and I’m honestly so happy. 10/10 recommend. They’re very sweet and had an amazing idea! I’m so happy I finally found my forever set after so long!! Highly recommend

Great costumer service. This location is very aware of the diversity of costumers. They understand that providing quality care of someone wanting to buy or not is a priority to build relationships. We step in the store and as soon as we did they didn't hesitate to help and ask if we needed help. The manager at this location was extremely helpful!
