I had a nail in my tire and expected to either buy a new tire or pay to get it patched. To my surprise, they fixed it for free! I also came in without an appointment, and they still took care of it right away. The customer service was great too — I’m really happy with their service!

I dropped my car off for a tire that was slowly leaking air. About 20 minutes later I received a call asking if I wanted “siping”. I asked what this meant and it was explained to me. The man said he would highly recommend this for the type of tires on my vehicle. When I asked about cost he told me it was $20.99. I agreed to the service. I wasn’t given an explanation as to why my tire was leaking air until I asked about it. I was told it had two small punctures that had been repaired, A while later I returned to the shop and paid my bill. My total was $83.96. I thought to myself that was an expensive tire repair and later when I was reviewing my receipt I realized the cost for siping was $20.99 PER TIRE. I will not be providing Les Schwab any business in the future as it’s clear they value getting one over on someone and making an extra buck over actually taking care of their customers needs.

Caleb was a HUGE help today. I’ve been a customer of Les Schwab for over 30 years. They’ve always come through for me, but today they came through in a big way. I went in to have a leaky tire repaired and learned the tire had actually split where it meets the rim, which is unrepairable. Caleb reviewed the damage and was able to qualify it for a replacement under warranty. In no time at all, I was back on the road with a new tire and a new sense of safety. Big thanks to Caleb and the whole team at the Washington Square location!

Took my truck in for brake check, was told I would be notified of part availability before work started. Quote was much higher than other places and so I called to say not to start and was told I was wrong, that I didn't know what was said in the conversation I had. Now stuck with an extra expensive service because I was silly enough to trust this place. Being treated like I am a moron and lied to is not something desirable in any scenario, let alone customer service. Overpriced and treated poorly? No thanks. Shame on you schwab.

We took our Toyota Corolla in this past week for a tire rotation and alignment. As always they did a great job, and the saved us the cost of an alignment explaining it wasn't needed at this time. I've trusted Les Schwab since my very firat car in 1982. They have always treated me well, and have given us excellent service on each of our vehicles. I can't imagine going anywhere else! I especially trust the Washington Square location in Tigard, OR. Great service and knowledgeable technicians!

This location has serviced my well-aged cars with kindness, patience, and perseverance, understanding our value to drive a vehicle until the repair costs outweigh the value. Diagnoses have not always been straightforward and they worked with me, even if it meant repeat fly-bys, without an appointment. I would like to give a shout-out to Brennan, Austin, and Brooklin. Thank you.

As a long-standing customer of Les Schwab, I am disappointed to report a recent experience at the Washington Square location. My 2000 Ford F-150 was serviced due to a sudden front-end shake, which I believed was caused by a bad wheel bearing. The inspection revealed a tire separation, resulting in a bubble and subsequent wobble. While I understood this explanation, I remained concerned about the wheel bearing and expressed my worries. Upon collecting my vehicle, I received a quote for $2000 to replace various parts, excluding the wheel bearing. However, the issue persisted, and I was informed that a shake might continue due to the necessary repairs. But this wasn’t a shake/ vibration this felt like my wheel was about to fly off. Seeking a second opinion, I visited the Les Schwab King City store, where the staff quickly identified the faulty wheel bearing and another tire separation. I then contacted the manager, Joey, at Les Schwab Washington Square, who dismissed my concerns, citing his experience. However, his explanation was incorrect, and I was sent away with a safety hazard. The correct replacement of the wheel bearing has resolved the issue, and my truck now feels as it did prior to the problem. I would highly suggest going to another Les Schwab this one is incompetent and treats there customer like crap.

Best customer service ever ! Brooklyn went above and beyond to understand my needs.
I have used Les Schwab for many years in the past and they have always taken care of me. Though this was the first time in like 6 years, I am happy to say they are still the best.
