This place is filthy. The carpets have not been vacummed and the bathroom floor has never been cleaned, hair and dirt everywhere. I've never seen a business this filthy, its especially gross as the are selling air supplies.

Over two weeks delay to “process” an order. They called me to schedule an appointment in Warrenton (over an hour drive away) when I specifically requested the Tigard office. Finally got an appointment and showed up in the Tigard office, only to be turned away because they gave me the wrong day for pickup. Wouldn’t just hand over the equipment. Called my medical doctor and requested they cancel this order with Lincare and place the order someplace else. I refuse to do business with a company that provides incompetent customer service.
ON TOP OF THAT … this business operates out of a dingy industrial warehouse and walking thru the front door is like walking thru a haunted outbuilding. The dirty exterior and copious cobwebs were absolutely disgusting considering this is an establishment that provides medical devices that you breathe with.
I recommend asking your service provider to place your order with another company.

This Lincare office is tucked away in an industrial area. The staff is wonderful! Working with Kristina was such a positive experience. She was so patient and willing to let me try as many different masks as I wanted. I ended up taking back two different masks and then decided I preferred the first mask the best! Throughout the whole process, Kristina was patient and kind.

Was called yesterday and was told they had a stop in St.Helens and then they would be up to deliver me oxygen, no show! Called driver and no answer and no call back.

Went and got new bipap machine at portland office and Kristina cox showed me how to use it and was top notch instructor. Everyone was helpful and nice. Great job lincare portland you get a five star review from me . Steve johnston

Joe the delivery driver went above and beyond to make sure the hospital bed was set up and safe. He came after work hours to replace parts that were temporary (we had no idea) he didn't feel right leaving it overnight. Keep him around he is an asset for your company.

This is a totally bottom line bottom feeder company. Forget about support. They just want to sell more product. I had multiple experiences that proved this true at least in their CPAP service

I wasn't home from the hospital more than 20 minutes before they were at my house with the breathing equipment I needed. The representative delivering my device was polite and answered all of my questions. He was very kind and informative and made sure I had everything I needed. They did an excellent job.
