“Great service, some good food, and an enjoyable atmosphere. Would definitely recommend going there, especially if you are new to this part of Oregon. You may not like the hipster atmosphere but it's definitely good fun.”

“It's great to have a Korean food truck. There are not only hamburgers and pasta but also Korean chicken, fried bulgogi with rice, and Korean ramen. There are so many various menus. What's even better is that young owners are so kind. I really want to come back next time.”

“Excellent wine store. They have a 'case of the month' with a curated selection and will build cases for you in a certain peice range for your office or home.”

“Easily the best burger in the metro area. They make a smash burger but like anything in Portland. That is not true. It is an almost smash burger more like a pressed burger does not have the lacey char or anything that makes a good smash burger. Also second best burger in Oregon. Junkyard is better. No this burger does not compare to smash burgers in Los Angeles.”

“There are so many things in this shop! Taproom, wine, and many many gifts. Very friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. We stopped in for a few minutes, and ended up staying a while.”

“Stopped in a couple of days ago after a long, cold hike in the rain. Even though they had finished serving coffee for the day, Jesse was so nice to make me a pour-over hot coffee - just what I needed to warm up, and such a great cup of coffee! ☺️ Will definitely visit again next time I'm in the area!”

“Great store with great selection and knowledgeable staff. Lee and Randy are great resources to find something new you might like. They also do an email 'lottery' for the allocated, hard-to-get bourbons and I just got a Weller Full Proof this week. Very Pleased! Thanks Again!”

“The people who own this store are wonderful and so is there store, so happy to have an option for snacks and drinks, and all sorts of goodies that isn’t 7-Eleven or the sketchy unfriendly shell station down the street”

“Tap list is consistently the best in the area, and the place is unclamped with some way for everyone to have a great time. Top notch Timbers match day experience. Or any other team you like.”

“Well, the largest liquor store in Oregon - the selection is very impressive and that fact that it's so open makes it easy to shop. I'm amazed how many places cram their stores into such tight spaces. I won't visit some liquor stores anymore because they're too small. And the staff here are friendly, which is a good thing.”

“Love this top tier bottle & can shop. They always have a very thoughtful and diverse selection of beers, wines and alcoholic beverages. The person who said it’s like an ARCO with wine has no idea what they’re talking about. There is always a superior selection, and we love that it’s locally owned. Go across town to shop at Black Rose.”

“Great shop. The shelves are almost always stocked with what they have received. They have events where samples are handed out, and they seem a bit more frequent than usual. Also, they have politely informed me, more than once, of the liquor store database set up by the state. Hopefully I’ll remember to use it more often, i.e. before an employee walks up and asks if I need help, and I say “No, you don’t have what I’m looking for.”There are at least three employees here who are easy stand-outs, both in friendliness and helpfulness. Thank you all!”

“My favorite wine spot in Portland. Good, rotating selection with a wide price range but plenty of affordable-yet-delicious bottles in the $20-25 zone conveniently located front-and-center for you. Let them pop one open for you to drink on site (no corkage fee) and get a few to take home. Cannot recommend enough!”

“Stopped by for the first time as I know many people that love this place. I do too now! All were very welcoming and had a good selection of wines. I had a certain type of wine I was looking for and was given multiple options along with a description by Bryan the Wine Director. I'll definitely be back and recommend The Cellar Door!”

“Many choices. Be prepared to spend a few minutes considering the opportunity. My better half wanted to create a flight, and sent me with a list of desires. I managed to fulfill the desires, and may have found a new favorite. The displays are brightly lit, and the temperature in the cooler is great. Prices are reasonable.”

“We finally checked out this lovely bar on Saturday night and I can say it is as inviting inside as it looks from the sidewalk. We've walked by a few times and heard the great music and peered in and I'm so glad we decided to step inside. The bar smelled incredible because they were making their housemade limoncello. We sat near the bar and enjoyed a nicely-made Manhattan, glass of red wine, crispy melty mozzarella sticks, and a very yummy burger and fries. Everyone was friendly and the ambience is perfect. It was dark but warm, full of plants and fun lighting. The disco rhino over the restroom door made us giggle. We will definitely return soon. 6 stars!”

“What a terrific wine shop. We found it in Yelp and are so glad we did. We weren't sure what we wanted. Despite a terrible car crash through the front window and a lot of inventory destroyed and property damage, they were able to find some great Italian sparkling wines with personal experience and stories behind each. We are excited to try the 6 we bought”

“We walked by this business on our way to a local brewpub. It looked really sketchy at with painted windows. I thought it might be a dispensary or underage club.On a return trip, we were looking for a place selling Kachka's Horseradish Vodka since they don't sell it at their restaurant. A Google search of liquor stores that carry it led us back here, much to our surprise. It turns out they've moved in, and it's extremely nice inside. The staff were very helpful and they have about everything one might be looking for.”

“Fantastic selection of beer and liquor but light on the wine. But that’s not what you came here for, is it? The folks behind the counter know what they’re talking about. Got a small batch bottle of mezcal and it did not disappoint.”

“Bill and Kendra are some of the nicest people I know. I really enjoy going to this store. I truly appreciate how sincere and knowledgeable they are when recommending bourbons. They take the time to get to know you and learn what you enjoy. I’ve been able to find some good treasures here too! You tell them what you’re looking for they were certainly try to get it for you! Hands down one of the best stores and nicest staff!”

“Decent selection of single malts and bourbons - most of your key requirements are covered and the staff is personable and knowledgeable. For a small store it's a good choice.”

“Love this place. Always fun recommendations and fun stories about the origins of the wine. They have a nice range of price points and it's really easy to find $20 bottles. The space is cute and cozy.”

“Best local liquor store around. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. The selection is great for both spirits and beer / wine. This is the best liquor store in the Portland metro area in my opinion.”

“This is a gem of a wine shop, carefully curated at very reasonable prices. I am glad to live nearby it. Norman is extremely outgoing with his descriptions and generosity of spirit.”

“Good idea having the liquor store inside the QVC. I like the OLCC control of pricing, but not being able to buy in regular markets can be a pain. We need more stores in stores, imo.”

“I needed a bottle of wine to be delivered the next day as a birthday gift. Called and talked to Jim. Very pleasant guy to work with. He handled everything, from helping with the selection, gift bag, message on the card and his wife delivered the wine. The end result was a very happy birthday girl! I will be going back to Wizer's Fine Wines for sure.”

“Food, tap list, beer, service, atmosphere--ALL were 5 star. The four of us went for lunch and ordered: Rachel (the special--sauerkraut and turkey); Virgil, Reuben, and a burger. Everyone gobbled up their meal. All of us were very pleased. From reviews here and the online menu we decided this place would be worth a try. Granted, we got there at 2 pm. on a Monday, but the grill/cafe was nearly empty (one person at the bar.) We were the only table of folks eating at the time. The food was delivered to us quickly. Fresh and delicious. And good value. We plan to go back!”

“Came here cuz I heard the Mac n cheese was some of the best in the city!Sadly it was good but not quite "the best" however the price point didn't leave me disappointed. Quite reasonable for what you get!Beer selection is incredible and the atmosphere is quiet but not too quiet and everyone was super friendly. Nice mid west neighbor tavern vibes. Very comfortable!I'll be back to try the burger :)”
