Went to return leggings for my daughter because of significant pilling. When inquiring at another store about this issue, we were told to ask for quality promise and they would exchange. Went to Bridgeport store and tried to return per ‘quality promise’ and cashier said pilling wasn’t significant enough - that’s what this fabric does. She then suggested we buy a de-piller on Amazon and tried to sell us a heavier duty fabric legging. This is not what I expect from Lululemon. Part of the high price is supposed to be quality assurance and good customer service.

went to return a jacket i bought on 12/11/23, cashier told me that i was past the 30 day return and could only exchange for in store credit after already asking if if i’d like to exchange it for anything else. i questioned her about the extended holiday return policy and she did the return no questions asked. i don’t appreciate the lying. this location will not be getting my business anymore.

Chevelle was incredibly helpful and super easy to talk with! She understood exactly what I needed despite me having some difficulty explaining and I definitely will go back for such wonderful customer service!

Nico and Kathleen provided over-the-top excellent customer service! An exchange, reorder, and miscommunication with an on-line order was remedied quickly.Not related to this location, but to the website: you receive an email confirmation with the trouser length in big font and the waist size in much smaller font below that. So at quick glance you can misinterpret that the order was placed incorrectly. Adding "inseam" and/or "waist" to the number would alleviate any confusion.

Good store and new location! However the customer service is bad, not helpful and friendly, we went there today 4/13 (2023) 2:00pm, two girls who worked there just chatting for whole time not even look at the customer. So disappointed!

Super disappointing that you only carry up to size a 12. I wear a 16 top and normally buy on line, popped into the store to pick up a couple more- no luck. Bigger busted gals deserve some love. Please reconsider your size range.Staff was super helpful and cheerful.It’s time to be more size inclusive, I’ve been wearing your stuff since you first came to Pdx?

I used to hate lululemon. Even thought I could fit in their small sizing back in the day, I was offended by some of their branding. Flash forward 10 years. I'm older and definitely out of shape. I was releuctant to go in to the Bridgeport store because I figured there was little hope anything would fit me. I was afraid to ask for help but someone promptly came over to help me and I was blown away by how sensitive and helpful the person was. I was steered to some items I needed and I am pleasantly surprised that there was sizing that worked for me. I have been back to this store several times now and have made multiple purchases. Every sales associate I have encountered has been super helpful and knowledgeable. I am really pleased with the current culture of the company if this store is reflective of that culture. Inclusion spans to older women like me just as much as other groups. It's nice to not feel worried about being judged. I appreciate this store.

I love this store sm!! My mom thinks lululemon is way way way to much money so I buy my own lulu but I do not have that much money so I have to buy what is on sale. But I went into the store to get my leggings bc the were getting hemmed and they hemmed them way to short so the manager gave me a whole nice leggin and I even got a new color! Even though I do not have like any lulu this shev gives me a big smile every time!! Ps thanks for reading this
