I really like this store. The salespeople are friendly and Lush's gift-wrapped boxes are my go-to for birthdays and holidays. The gift boxes are great when I'm not sure what to buy the recipient, but certain they like bath and skin products. Lush's other nice offering is their low-packaging stuff like solid shampoo and conditioner bars, lotion bars, toothpaste tablets, and makeup. I buy these for travel as they aren't in liquid form and don't need to be stuffed into a quart-sized bag.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Lush Cosmetics! From the moment I stepped into their store, I was greeted by a delightful array of colors and enticing scents. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, helping me find the perfect products for a present. I am always impressed with their commitment to using ethically sourced, cruelty-free ingredients.P.S. @Lush - Please add a rewards program! If I knew every 10th bath bomb was free or somthing like that I would totally Love it.Keep crushing it!

I love this shop. The staff is super friendly. The products all smell wonderful and look interesting. More importantly though, they work great. I've become a big fan.

Went into Lush today with my 2 year old to pick out a bath bomb to make his bath time extra special. The employee Navi was unbelievably sweet. They filled up one of their sinks and let him test a bomb. He played in that water for 30 mins + and not at one single moment did they look bothered or stressed. They towel dried his little hands, he picked a bomb and at checkout they gave him a extra sample of jelly soap. Thank you for treating my little toddler like a human and being so sweet. Will definitely come back in the future.

Your sales staff ruined Lush for my son. He loved visiting, getting the bath bombs, and smelling all the soaps.Shouting "we're closed" at my younger son when he opened the door isn't acceptable. You could have locked the door, had a clear "closed" sign, or used kinder language. Shouting at a kid is a d*** move. It left him upset and it was uncalled for.The sales people can be super pushy at times and I find this gives a bit of that car dealership experience at a soap shop and it just is awkward at best. I dealt with it because my kids loved visiting. No more.I won't be coming to the Bridgeport store anymore. It's a shame, but I guess the silver lining is that I'll be saving money.

Bridgeport Lush was amazing! Navi was so kind and helpful during our shopping trip. She was patient with us as we selected items and even included our toddler in the shopping experience. Thank you!

Wouldn’t reccomended this location. The sales associates are rude and stare at you and do not greet you. They were sitting on counter when we walked in. Disappointing because normally have great experiences at Lush. One girl stared at me and and made me feel uncomfortable. Get a different job or learn how to have respect for others.

We walked in and they didn't greet us or give us eye contact. We were the only people in the store. Felt unwelcome and never had this experience at a lush store! Disappointing and rude.

I love Lush. I love their fight against animal testing, their cancer awareness bath bombs, plastic free packaging, ect. This store in particular is a lot bigger than the others in the area that I have been to and it's wonderful becausr they have a bigger selection. However the employees at this one can be a little overwhelming when you're just trying to browse. The lady working when I last went in was very friendly but would not leave me alone for more than a moment before she would notice what I was looking at and had to try to upsell it in some way or recommend another product. I get that she was doing her job but I just wanted to browse and be left to myself, but I didn't want to be rude. Like I said I love Lush, I just prefer the Wa. Square location more.

The explosion of colorful packaging and soaps draws you in, everything is so vibrant and technicolor crazy! Not just the soaps and lotions, even lunchboxes and gift boxes and packages. Unfortunately for me, the scent is so overpowering that I can last inside for about two minutes. It literally kills my throat and the scent stays in my clothing long after I walked out. In the time I was in there, I did see some fun holiday soaps shaped like candy canes and Santa. Everyday soaps with the earth or stars. A wall full of shower products. Even a bar in the back to create your own custom scent. Since it's holiday season there were lots and lots of premade gift boxes. If you are your friends like really strong scented soaps and lotions, this is your store. My favorite item was a mod lunchbox, no scent!

What a great space this is. It is much larger feeling than the other locations. I hate going into stores where I feel crowded - this is not that. You can take your time, smell and select what you really want. I will say after trying out a lot of different things here though... My love is for their bath melts specifically the rose melt. It may seem expensive but you only need a crumble off of it... They last a really long time too and sent your bathroom! I once tried one of the physics and unfortunately the rose has a ton of actual rose petals in it so it was like taking a bath with potpourri which is not my jam but Hey you might like it.One of the awesome people who work there clued me in to a new thing that Lush has... Parties! This sounds different and fun... It is $40 a person (minimum 6 people) and you choose between 2 different themes: Fun & Games or Treat Yourself. It comes with games and activities tailored to you, a product making kit of your choice and a party product for each of your guests. You get to choose 3 of their products and take them home at the party. This is definitely for people like me who want to try out making some bath things but without committing to buying all the stuff they'll use once to make it.Apparently they also have a monthly Box or subscription Box type of thing. I wanted to run away with the Halloween one still there...

Absolutely love Lush! Their products are vegan, organic and very high quality. My son has eczema, and their bubble bars are the best for his sensitive skin. I also reccomend their Dark Angels cleanser. It's amazing!

Overpriced. Smells awesome in the store but bathbombs , ranging from $5 to $8, do not retain their fragrance . Not overly impressed with facial mask.Very small samples given
