Ian was extremely helpful when I came in looking for my most recent purchase of super milk and even gave me a sample of the newest super milk sample/ and demo of the body oil bars for my sensitive and dry skin! He was extremely kind and did not push sales on me but of course I ended up purchasing all the products he recommended! Great experience !

I had a great experience at this Lush location. I have never purchased anything from this company so I was unfamiliar with their products. Valerie was so kind and knowledgeable. She let my son drop a bath bomb into a bowl so we could see how it smelled and worked. My son had a big smile and ultimately chose a Frankenstein bath bomb. I will definitely be coming back to this location!

Riley did a fantastic job of finding a perfume for me that I didn't know I wanted! I came in originally not intending to buy anything, but turns out they have a roll on perfume for only $16.50, so of course I had to get it. Thanks Riley! (please ask for a raise 😉)

Washington square Lush, you have such an amazing employee, LuLu!! The gal deserves a raise and extra special credit for being so amazing :-)
She made mine and my mother’s visit so special. LuLu took her time showing us around and giving us a tour of all of your amazing items. It felt like a tour custom to us, she showed us many items we loved that felt like they were made in mind of our favorite scents. We left with the most amazing products to look forward to using and brightening our days ahead.
