Run........ don't ever deal with this establishment. The owner and his staff are CROOKED salesman. They tried to sell us a $45k Yukon that needs a new transmission. They won't refund our $500 deposit that they PROMISED to refund. Wouldn't send my worst enemy here!

Greg and Matt were huge contributing factors in making my experience great! There was no “salesman pressure” and I was able peruse their great selection of luxury vehicles with ease. Definitely recommend this dealership, quality vehicles and great service. I’ll be back!

Great, not good, but great experience! The price of the boat that I purchased was a fair price, and the two people that I worked with were friendly, courteous and professional. I drove 5 hours to make this purchase, each way, and would do so again. These guys are that good. Matt did a fantastic job, thanks Matt!

Greg helped my husband and I today even though they were technically closed because my husband wouldn't be available to test drive tomorrow. He was straightforward about the out-the-door price of the car and it was exactly as advertised online. No doc fees or dealer add ons. He even recommended we get outside financing since it would beat his rate and confirmed we didn't need an extended warranty since the car we're buying is still under factory warranty. Overall the best car buying experience I could hope for and love that we can shop "no hassle" locally instead of going to a marked up big box dealer.

Not a fan of the owner. A bit condescending and rude. Almost walked out, But they had the car I wanted and luckily my sales guy Matt was great. Got me a test drive and the keys to the car all within 2 hours of getting there. Matt Is awesome and trustworthy. If Matt’s around in the future I’d buy from them again. If Matt’s gone is more than likely shop else where. My point is ask for Matt if they have a car you’re interested in.

About to make 2 months since I bough my vehicle from Greg it was a smooth process and he was super friendly to work with, I would definitely recommend him to friends and family lookin for a no pressure car shopping environment!

So disappointed with everything so far. At first my husband and I were so excited for the vehicle we bought from them and the help they did with financing but we’ve now had the vehicle for only 2 weeks and we’ve had 3-4 major issues. First was they sold us a vehicle totally dry on oil and coolant. Their company oil change sticker said it was good for another 6,000 miles. They were nice enough to offer a free oil change when we brought it up but this was after we did that already to keep the engine from seizing. Then we had to take it in to les Schwab because the tires were unbalanced and it needed an alignment because it was pulling hard to one side. At this visit we also learned that one of the wheels is bent and will need to be replaced. Now we are at owning the vehicle for 2 weeks and a battery symbol came on the dash, did a couple checks and it quickly came back that we need a new alternator. If they would have done these tests themselves it could have been fixed before selling. I have so many regrets. This company did not do their due diligence before selling the vehicle at all. I would be wary of buying from them.

I came here specifically to buy I had my down payment and I have great credit the salesman really didn't have time to sell me a car not even a test drive attitude was like an angry tow truck driver maybe because I was a woman I don't really know this is not the kind of business I recommend anyone else to either especially if you are female you get a very uncomfortable feeling as though you are bothering him.

Unresponsive and no gratitude for repeat clients, while prices have gone up and service has gone straight downhill - I have given Luxury Sports Auto three autos they have sold on consignment (an Audi A6, a Jeep Rubicon, and a Lexus LS 430). The first two experiences were great, responsive, fairly prices - believe it was approx.. $1.5K per car and optional detailing). However, when trying to sell the fourth car through them, I've had to follow up several times and they want $2K minimum and a detailing fee. I asked for a concession for a repeat customer, they refused and then after driving the vehicle several hours to drop off with them, was told last minute they don't want to do business with me. So take that into consideration ... I've given them repeat business and this is how they will treat you. Doesn't take care of problems they created - When I sold my Lexus LS 430 with them, they didn't properly dispose of the plates and left them in the trunk. The buyer then proceeded to put them on the vehicle and racked up toll fees that were sent to me. When I contacted them in hopes of them contacting the buyer - and request he remove them - they refused to do anything. Want $2K to sell your car, but also do nothing to maximize value of your sale - So not only is their pricing not as advertised, they also suggested a sales price of $18K. KBB for private party is $23K - $25K. KBB for trade is even $20.4K - $23K. Yet they suggested $18K so they can sell fast and pocket the $2K (that's supposed to be paying for them maximizing the value of the vehicle). When I pointed that out, they came back with suggestion of $22,995 - $4,995 greater than original suggestion. They clearly are trying to push low prices - or are just ignorant to market values. Arrogance at its finest. Lie about not being able to finance a high mileage carIn addition to trying to swindle me on pricing, they suggested a vehicle with high miles can't be financed. Completely false, misleading, and an attempt to push me into a lower price. Fact is, vehicles are financed based on value of the vehicle v. price being paid. This vehicle was to be priced WELL within what market, so their false assertion it can't be financed will tell you how truthful they are (not). Completely belligerent and cost me a lot of time - I asked to speak to the owner. I called several times, text, and emailed contact info I had. In turn, I was texting with who I assume is the owner. He was the one providing the pricing that contradicted his own website. He was the one who tried to lowball in value of vehicle. He was the one that gave no price concession for the repeat business and terrible experience (when my plates were used by buyer and cost me those tolls). He was the one who agreed to basic parameters of pricing, by which I took his word, drove up several hours to drop vehicle off, and was told these exact words (after I pointed out his pricing on the website was VASTLY different than what he quoted me): 'Thanks for the tip on the website. I'm not interested in doing business with you any further. Good luck with the sale.'THIS IS THE OWNER'S RESPONSE TO A REPEAT CUSTOMER. STAY AWAY.OK, so let's look at the owner's response ... No rant here, little Joey. It's the truth. Where is the contradiction - I led with, you used to be good, you got worse, you sold my car with plates and now you want more money. I'm happy to go somewhere else, as many of your other customers have gone. I'm not crawling to you, you treat your customers terribly, which is why your yelp reviews are crap. And must have gotten under your skin there, princess! Love you, Joey, and glad you're exposed for the poorly run business you are. And you're right, I should have NEVER given you a chance to make up for your past mistakes. Not only do you not acknowledge them, you won't make up for them. Anyone reading this should read your words ... you're vindictive and petty, and you going off on an honest assessment of YOUR busines

Matt was amazing! Super helpful, informative, and friendly! The car I bought is in beautiful condition! I absolutely recommend this dealer and Matt for a salesman!Edit* I know I already posted a review but I just wanted up make an update on how well the car I bought from Matt is holding up. There’s a couple things that needs fixing but not his or the dealers fault, blame all the rocks and gravel on our roads. But besides some imperfections from pesky rocks the car is in immaculate condition. On top of that they did a whole engine service on it before I snagged it up! That’s a lot more work they put into it that most other dealers won’t bother with, at least not right away.If I won the lottery I’d zoom my butt over there and buy another car from Matt right now!

Thanks to Matt, we now own a BMW Z4 convertible. We bought this car out of state and had my son-in-law deliver it to us. Matt was our salesman and handled all of our paperwork for us. We were delighted when we saw the car for the first time. The BMW was all we expected and more. My husband and I love the car and it is so much fun to drive. Thank you Matt

If you're looking for a new ski boat or new to you ski boat this is the place to go! From 1st time out there to look at the boat to the day I signed it was nothing but the best experience! Joe Pfleiger was awesome salesman, didn't treat you like a paycheck he was just another dude! Signing was a breeze in and out in 20min with Matt Jacobson. Could not be happier with my new toy!
