The women who work at the watch section ironically don’t know much about watches.
I was talking watches and while trying on the Tissot PRX I said I didn’t like the way they integrated the bracelet because it looked outdated and something out of the 70s.
The women had a look on their faces and told me that’s what Rolex is doing with their watches. Uh… what? There are ZERO Rolexes with this case and bracelet design. All their watches have modernized case and bracelets, and do not look like the PRX in that regard AT ALL. I knew this because I’m a watch enthusiast and didn’t even have to look at the Rolex catalog to know that what they said was false.
If you didn’t like what I said then just say something to the tune of “Well, different strokes for different folks” or something like that as a customer service employee. What you SHOULDN’T DO is lie to customers.

They have 35% off watch signs all over the watch section. I waited 15 minutes for a store employee to help me only to be informed on checkout the discount didn’t apply to the watch I was going to purchase. Honestly just use Amazon.

Quite nice selection of clothes and home goods. Macys need to hire more people. There was a nice, knowledgeable, helpful woman at the checkout, (I'm sorry i can't remember her name). But, the dressing rooms were a disaster,Clothes EVERYWHERE. AND VERY DIRTY.

Things have changed everywhere and shopping just isn't the same experience. I was buying a suit for my son. Online they showed his sizes in stock. In person, it was hard to find anything. They were staffed with one person for about 10 people shopping. We finally rummaged through to find some things in his size (no help) and checked out. Prices were okay. Not sure I'd go back.
