Not impressed with the shipping. Ordered in early April. They said it was going to be delivered 5/18. Then I had to call Macys to check about delivery times; only to be informed now the shipment was going to be even more late in mid June. Very disappointed

The employees are very professional and are present just the right amount. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. After going to multiple furniture stores, I was happy to find the exact couch I was looking for at this location. They carry a large selection and a variety of price points for all your furniture needs. Highly recommended stopping in here if you are in need of new furniture. Thanks again to the wonderful sales woman who stayed late tonight to help finish my sale!

Had an awesome experience at this store. Wonderful service. High quality products. Clean store and location. Azi, our sales person, was absolutely amazing. So professional and personable. She made the entire process so easy from start to finish. Best furniture store experience I've ever had when compared to other stores I've visited! 150% recommend this store location!

We were told a price, then went home to measure to make sure the couch would fit, and drove back to place the order. When we were placing the order, it was about $400 more than we were originally told. When we asked why, the customer service rep was no help and rude. I called the store manager the next morning and she was no help as well. Overall poor experience and were not told the truth about the prices.

Won’t shop here anymore. Sadly this used to be a decent place to shop but if you ever have to return anything they make it extremely complicated, unclear, have inconsistent messages from different employees and a complete hassle to the customer. They also try and hit you with restock fees now without letting you know this beforehand. Save yourself some headaches. Go elsewhere

I never leave negative reviews but after waiting 5 months for our loveseat to come in which it came in late. We set our delivery date and then macys canceled it. The reps continued to say it was never scheduled. I forwarded the delivery email with confirmation and they continued to say this was not possible and the date is now unavailable and that it would need to be pushed out even farther.
After waiting a month longer then anticipated to have our schedules planned and set around the delivery and them cancel it is extremely frustrating.

The purchase from down under (and I don't mean Australia!) from beginning to end.
Purchase took 2 hours to complete at the register with clerk making numerous phone calls to different Macy's people and getting different instructions and call transfers.
Delivery took 9 weeks.
They canceled my scheduled delivery date without even notifying me! I found out only because I called to ask for my 2 hour window. Shocked to hear it was canceled and I had to reschedule a new date. No explanation. When sofa finally came, the workmanship was so shoddy I had to refuse to accept it. I had waited 3 very long months only to be utterly disappointed in the sofa. The model on their showroom floor is perfect, but what they actually delivered was so flawed. No quality control whatsoever: unevenly cut foam filled cushion, crumpled fabric on arm, crooked seams. (Made in China, not USA.) And to boot, my refund will take Macy's 4 weeks to process!! Huh?? I am so disgusted with Macy's Furniture. They lack any process and procedures control, any quality control, and any modicum of customer care.

The furniture is (expensive) cheap MDF junk. The employees are rude and unhelpful. I won't waste my time going here again.

I tell everyone around me about this worst experience. Also, please do not go to Macy's Furniture Gallery. A clerk named Azi said, “If you just want to look around, go to Macy’s regular store or Target,” and pointed to the door and told me to leave. It was very unpleasant
