I've never liked this place as it's always been messy and disorganized and now I've been waiting over an hour for my pick up order for reasons unknown and I'll be waiting another hour because of the sheer incompetence at this place. No, I don't have a life and I can just sit out here forever while they smoke and chat with one another in the back. That's cool. I am never doing curbside pickup here again. I probably won't even shop here again. Target is faster and doesn't require you to spend a minimum of $35 for curbside pickup.

I purchased Trolls Band Together Blue ray with bracelets that are supposed to light up during music when movie plays. Bracelets batteries are either already dead before my child can use them or broken. Since I obviously opened the box that cost me $29.96 I can't return them. What a scam. I want a refund for the bracelets. Save your money and don't waste the money or effort

I don't really understand the appeal of Walmart. They are constantly out of stock on items. So many things are locked up now and trying to find an associate to help you is nearly impossible.. you make eye contact with an associate and they B-Line it in the other direction and avoid you like the plague. I don't understand how they have so many people working that do absolutely nothing. 1 register open but the slowest geriatric in town is working it so that's never a good bet. Ok no biggie I'll go to self checkout.. they decide to close half of them and a handful of them are down for one reason or another. Finally you get out of Walmart an hour later with a fraction of the items you were looking for only to get stopped by the security who CHECKS YOUR RECEIPT like this is Costco. I honestly wouldn't have a problem with this but literally every employee there is unhelpful and to get treated like a criminal at the end of my shopping experience is insulting. Stop shopping at Walmart folks

Terrible customer service, was there before they closed for the night. Very rudely was told that they are only open 7-7 pm which I was there before 7. I was only returning 2 things and was going to be spending money there after my return. Please train your staff members to be kind and respectful. Save yourself the stress and go to target.

I know it's Walmart, but their customer service is non existent. And if you can get someone to help you, they act inconvenienced and rude, it's your job. Can't do it, quit, don't like it or people, quit. This store is a mess with incredibly low inventory and it smells awful.

Assholes. They refuse to ever answer the phone 99% of the time. And when they do they'll hang up on you as soon as you finish talking. Gross behavior and not deserving of a job and a paycheck. What the hell is wrong with people? I was always very polite on the phone, concise and asked reasonable easy requests of them. Worst customer service ever but I'm getting the same experience with most other chains like Walgreens and any other store too. They need to start recording the phone calls because nobody is doing their job. You shouldn't be allowed to collect a paycheck and not do half your job which is answering the phone and assisting the people on the call. I just wanted to check if they had Sea Bands in stock like their website claims because it's often wrong and I have to pay an expensive Uber to get out there and don't want to waste my time and money by going if they don't have the product. The pharmacy section is one of the smaller and easier places to look for an item so I wasn't even asking something that hard. If you're not gonna do your job, fucking quit and get the fuck out of the way so someone else can take your job and ACTUALLY DO SOME WORK! Why am I working my ass off at every job I've had to earn my check when there's assholes out here doing nothing at all and being payed?! Im so fucking done with all of this! What is the world coming to when this is the common experience among all store chains? If alien life discovers us they're best advised to just blow up the whole planet like a virus being cleansed.

Do not use the convenience of ordering groceries online. The first time I did I paid for delivery and all of my groceries should up smelling like marijuana. So I decided to order online for convenience and this time do curbside to prevent the marijuana smell. My order was suppose to be available for pick up between 4 and 5. At 4:01 I was notified it would not be ready. Just b fore 5 I was notified it was ready for pick up. It is now 545 and I have been sitting here since 5 PM and no end in sight of even getting my order before I have to be somewhere at 7. I now have an extremely hungry child and a migraine and still have to make dinner after they decide to finally bring my groceries out. This is a damn joke. If I didn't need the groceries tonight we would be cancelling our order. Will not shop here again That includes for any reason. Only thing this store is good for is to use their bathroom.

This store sucks when it comes to delivery they don't show up half the time and don't have very good shoppers either. They say the order will be 2 hours late then nothing.

They don't have any type of bags except for small ones to purchase for 99 cents each. There are no cashiers, it's only self-checkout. Why do you make me do all the work and then have the nerve to ask to see my receipt after you've watched me stand there for 30 min ringing things up. Multiple times there online inventory said they had stuff that they didn't once I drove to the store and wasted my time. Parking lot can be sketchy at times as well. Walmart is absolutely failing.

Walmart does it again. Not only can you not get bags any more but they make it harder and harder to get merchandise. This location locked up all the batteries. It says to ask an associate for a key.... Which I did. The guy told me he didn't have one and if I wanted batteries I had to go get a different associate to provide it. You know what? I'm not going to run around their store trying to find someone to open their locked case for a package of AAAs. Geez!!!!! Not to mention the guy checking receipts as you leave the store!!!! Another strike against them. Either trust me to check out my own merchandise or put the checkers back where they belong!!!!!!!! I'll just go to Safeway!! They are closer anyway. They have bags and checkers and are not trying to hide merchandise. I will avoid Walmart from now on. Walmart is no longer about customer service. Not worth it.

I am disappointed that I tried to order a TV not once but twice from the Tigard Supercenter in Portland and both times the driver said he attempted to deliver, but I didn't get my item and my money is still on hold. I tried calling the online order number, option 4 and no one answered. It's funny that I got all my items with no problem, even while traveling from California to Oregon but not the TVs. I'm definitely going to think twice before shopping from this store again and I'm still waiting on my refund smh.

Prices are great. Shelves are a bit messy, but whatever. The frustrating thing with this store is that they stopped offering disposable bags of any kind recently. I don't mean "you can have a paper bag if you pay a 10 cent tax"; I mean "sorry, we no longer have paper or plastic bags at all." Seriously?? This is incredibly inconvenient if you're getting more than 3-4 things at from Walmart -- and most of us are. I went from shopping here regularly to mostly avoiding the store because of the bag issue. This is a really dumb business decision from a company that's typically known for excellent execution.

They no longer offer bags...not even for sale, and yet they also won't let you take your basket to the car to unload. They clearly couldn't give two clicks about customer service. Do better. If you WON'T offer bags, at least provide some for sale.
