Broken glass top dining table. Cheap quality and low value service after purchase. We bought a glass top dining table and it shattered on its own about 18 months after purchase. We are glad that no one was around and so no one got hurt. No idea why it broke. Contacted Store but they simply said: "apologize for the problems you encountered. Unfortunately at this time, the product is out of the manufacturers 1 year warranty". We had 3 year protection plan and they said it does not cover the glass. Regret purchasing this. We had to deal with cleaning the glass off the floor, damage to hardwood and spend on replacing. Never going back to this store.

We purchased two expensive powered recliners due to our bad knees with previous surgeries. We were told if we purchased the 4 year "everything covered for any reason" warranty policy which was supposed to cover any and all problems and regular maintenance for 4 years -- turns out to be a joke. We called for warranty service due to the phone chargers not working in the arm rests and requesting annual service and adjustments after just over a year of ownership. They sent a service tech out who said we needed new "electric controllers" and new "lift mechanisms" in both chairs. He went back to order parts and we got a call from the service department saying: " we will not be honoring your repairs as warranty due to the fact that you didn't call and report them within 5 days of purchase date????" I guess their FOUR YEAR WARRANTY is really a FIVE DAY WARRANTY............ WE WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM MOR again and will be telling all our friends about this too!

Worst customer service ever! Don't buy the warranty, especially if you have a pet. Everything will be associated with pet damage and they will not stand behind their product. I will never buy from this store again. First and only time that I will be taken advantage from this company. They are friendly to you until you make the purchase.

Our La-Z-Boy couch broke unexpectedly (and irreparably!) this weekend so we had to go furniture shopping. We hit up a number of spots, but the item and price were right at Mor. Good selection, good prices - on the plus side. Service - not great - we managed to shop the entire store and experience sales folks talking about going to talk to customers but never once did anyone approach us. Funny enough because we saw group after group leave with no purchase and in a funny moment we actually stumbled upon a huddle of sorts with the entire crew, and at that point we knew exactly what we wanted. One of the workers, maybe a manager, asked if we'd been helped and we hadn't which she said was "embarrassing for them." Agreed! Also, to be fair, we don't love the hard sale, so it wasn't altogether awful for us - you kind of just wonder why... Last note - we ended up purchasing quite a few pieces, but we're a bit shocked by delivery times. We are going to get the couch directly, since ours is broken and will wait however long for the rest; but a caution to anyone looking to buy - it's about 2 weeks out best case. Will see how the actual pieces turn out, but overall the experience so far indicates that the price, selection, and value outweighs the cons (for now...)

JR our salesperson was great. He checked in with us but let us shop. All the sales people were friendly as well. JR helped answer all our questions and helped get the best deal on the chairs we picked.

JR YOU ARE AMAZING!! Great customer service you went above and beyond to help us get our new living room furniture we love it!! No pressure from the employee's yesterday. My husband and I will definitely be back we are looking for a game room for our teenagers and we have our eye on a few pieces but waiting for another sale. Have shopped at this location many times over the last eight or so years.Almost always find what we need.Today we worked with Hector, who really was a gem to work with. He introduced himself , no pressure, and I said we would come get him when we were ready. He checked in with us after giving a good amount of time to sit on everything. After narrowing down our options, Hector gave us some helpful feedback that sealed our decision. He was LIGHTNING fast when it came to placing the order and using my account with the best finance deal available to me.Really was a great experience from beginning to end. Thank you, Hector!

We were looking for a recliner couch and MOR had an excellent selection to choose from. JR was a great salesperson and was able to place our order by phone when we made a decision. We got a great discount on top of an already great price, and are getting our new couch delivered way ahead of the original schedule! Would definitely shop MOR again!

I would caution anyone who tries to purchase from this company that they totally lie about expected delivery. I made a purchase and was told two weeks (which is what their website indicated for this SKU) and the confirmation email and receipt indicated that time as well (October 3 expected). I could not believe it when I called to check this and was told that i might arrive the first week of December. Unacceptable so I cancelled my order and am now waiting to see if the purchase amount is credited to my card. I emailed their customer service and they sent me a cancellation notice of my order. It still remains to be seen if they actually process the refund. What a shady business this is.

My partner and I walked in today and just hoped we didn’t feel any pressure as we were just looking and getting ideas for our first apartment together. JR was absolutely great from the beginning. Giving us space and time to look at all the options. He was quick to answer our questions and was incredibly thorough with measurements, color swatches, and other options the brand would provide. We left home, measured our space and came back to buy our new sectional. The finance process was super easy and as JR does best, he went through pretty much every line item and was super thorough with it all. Would definitely come back to Mor for our furniture needs - with JR. Thank you is not enough! Cheers!

Going to Mor Furniture was a breeze. After picking the furniture we wanted, it took less than 15 minutes to sign and leave. Our sales representative (JR) was knowledgeable and very nice. This was our second time purchasing from this company, and I would definitely return.
