Great place and friendly staff. I went in not realizing it was around the lunch hour and they were still happy to help. This saves me time on my projects and its cut to size so I don't have to worry about breaking anything. Support local businesses and quality work

Switched from TAP plastics for cut to size acrylic and am NOT disappointed. TAP's quality became very poor over the past couple years we used them. We have yet to be disappointed with the quality or customer service with Multi craft.

I called multi craft asking for remnants and the lady like needed every tid bit of information on what I was looking for. I just needed 6ft of material. Didnt matter if it was 1 piece, or 10, 6in or 18in, as long as it equaled up to 6ft. She was so mad. "Be more detailed, every piece I need an exact size for!"She hung up on me.I called back, talked to someone else and within 2 minutes he was able to figure out what I needed to fill my order. I have purchased $1000's of dollars over the last 17 years from this company. Once it got sold the customer service went down dramatically. Corp owned now and don't care if they screw up and don't make it right. We will give them as little business as possible and only use them as a last resort!!!

Incredibly impressed with Multi-Craft's professionalism, speed, and quality. We called in to quickly order some PETG for face shields and they had plenty of stock on hand and worked with us to get the right amount, ensure it was packaged well, and delivered to the right location even though we changed the delivery location day of. We will absolutely be working with them again in the future and recommend them to anyone else.
