I’m so incredibly upset. I’ve been a loyal customer coming to this place for 10 years. I’ve come to my appointment at 5:55, thinking my appointment is at 5:50. They said it’s at 5:45, and turned me away because they gave my appointment to someone else. There is always at least a 10 minute grace period, but at least I’d expect a call to confirm. I have paid for childcare to come, and arranged my day to be here this late because it was the only spot. I was never treated this way before. Such a disappointment.

They do a great job. I've gone several places since I don't just live down the road. They're do such a great job, are reasonably priced and sweet I'm willing to drive 15 miles to get my nails done there.

I really enjoyed my experience here at Nails For You! This was actually a recommendation from a waitress at Wu's Open Kitchen (in the same parking lot). I spent $85 for both a gel manicure and pedicure, which is a great deal! The nail technician (a gentleman) was friendly, efficient, and made my nails look fantastic. =)

I’ve been to Nails For You several times. The last experience was enough for me to decide I’m never going back. Caught 3 employees talking about me and laughing. They booked appointments so close together, the nail person was going back and forth between myself and another client. Average pedicure, at best. Would never go back at this point.

Did not know how to do designs also was rude and they charge $105 for nails there’s no way and 90 for a pedicure. Do not come here. It’s a rip off.

The staff was very friendly. I was greeted in a gracious manner. The decor was lovely, and it was very peaceful inside. I only needed a fill, and my nails cut, shorter, and.Loan Did a fantastic job. She was very efficient very quick, very friendly and gave me a great hand massage. I highly recommend this place. It is extremely worth it.

My partner and I walked in and they immediately addressed us and were very friendly. My partner had a very bad gel job done on another place and they took off the gels, nourished his nails and the service was beyond. I got my gels done and 2 weeks later they are still the same. I was able to walk in as the business was empty. The place is clean and has 6 massage pedi chairs. The polish selection is very limited and I saw them add acetone to the one I selected. They did take their time for both the mani and pedi. The pedi was very thorough. I also appreciate asking me to pay before adding the nail polish to avoid smudging, as that’s a major pet peeve of mine at nail salons. However, I needed them to fix a nail and I also noticed while still sitting in the salon that my pedi was completely messed up, but just didn’t feel like bringing it up too and being there longer. The employees were on their phones seemingly disinterested. And despite waiting for my nails to dry longer than told, my nails got immediately smudged once home. I also had to pay $2 for their larger nail depot bringing a nail kit and I had to specifically ask for the loyalty card because I saw another patron get one. Prices are a few dollars more per service than the salon in the neighboring shopping center. My advice, is to bring your own nail kit, be clear which color is for the mani vs pedi (they waited but it turned out ok), wait 5-10 minutes longer to dry then told, and not to be shy for fixes like me.
