Monte was very knowledgeable about all NB shoes. I told him I was going to Las Vegas and needed some shoes I can walk the strip in that won’t kill my feet and he suggested a perfect pair. He was very patient and made sure I got the right size and width.

Bought new insoles. Staff is always very helpful. Trimmed the insoles to be sure they fit correctly. Nice selection tion of shoes, socks and accessories.

Ethan S. was awesome today helping me find the most comfortable 10 narrow walking shoes. He explained the benefits of each option so I could understand the differences and choose what felt most comfortable to me. He was a helpful, professional and friendly young man. Thanks Ethan S. First and foremost the store is very clean and well air conditioned which is so nice when shopping in the heat. I was helped by Marley and he was nothing short of the best. Helped me scan my arches and find the perfect size shoe for me as well as, gave me suggestions on what he thought I needed based on my everyday life. Anytime I need anything Nee Balance I will make sure to always return to him because is so helpful and kind. Marleys coworker Zuri was also amazing! The second I came in she greeted me with a hello and a very warm smile! Definitely a girls girl. The new balance staff here is the best, give Marley and Zuri a raise 🔥

Checked out the NB shoes here at the Bridgeport Store and went back 24 hours later to purchase from Monte - he is super knowledgeable, facts based and conversant on every detail of NB shoes, but not the right size in stock. We were so impressed with his expertise and patience that we wanted to come back the next day and buy shoes from him. He helped us into the right shoe and fit. We walked out with exactly what we needed - check him out - he is the Full Monte!

Went there to look into new racing shoes to do speed work. Isaac was extremely helpful and was able to juggle a busy store while still giving us exceptional service.
He helped me with the 3D Foot Scanner and gave me a bunch of sizing options to find the right fit.
Whatever Isaac is getting paid, its not enough!

Zuri was a great help! I have wide feet and finding shoes that look good are hard to come by. I told Zuri what I was looking for and she knew exactly what would work. They have great product knowledge and we decided that with 574 model I should size up! Can't wait to get my shoes! Thanks for your help Zuri!
