IF YOU DO A PICKUP ORDER MAKE SURE YOU USE PAYPAL OR A CARD WITH A CHARGEBACK FEATURE! I purchased two office chairs online for pickup and before I could even pick them up the store marked the order picked up. Customer service can't do anything now because of this mistake, or maybe even employee scam. So glad I paid with PayPal so I can get refunded - never ordering from this place ever again, and making sure to spread the word.

Printing area associates are rude, antisocial, and uninterested in assisting. This is the second time I have visited this Office Depot and had the same issue with different representatives. They make clients feel as if they are an inconvenience.

Run of the mill office supply store. I had a question about an item and I had to walk around for about 20 minutes before I could find someone to ask. Very frustrating.

Ease of shopping online, and curbside pickup, plus the location is nearby if I want to shop in the store.

Every time I go to Office Depot, I have great assistance finding what I need. If they are out, they order and mail items not in stock in their store.

The Tigard Office Depot is my favorite store! Jenn leads her team with precision. David & Aaron ensure you are equipped with the best solutions and supplies, Ben facilitates an enjoyable experience, & Terri serious wrap up your purchase with a smile that makes you want to return sooner than later. I have also worked with Dev, Allison, & and Sean. These associates foster the best communication & help boost your success. Remember: If they don't have it in stock, they will make sure you have it by the next day. That's better than Amazon!

David and Charlene were exceptional and went above and beyond. They were able to merge my regular basic rewards membership which only had my phone number with my business rewards membership that had only my email. With that I am extremely grateful and will be coming back for sure.

I use services here every few months-copy services. Both online and self-serve machines. On-line is hit or miss but I think it's the fault of the online Office Depot program and not the workers. The people have always been helpful and patient and in this world of hurry hurry hurry, it's good to have people who are willing to provide service
