I want to thank the service team on staff today for their wonderful customer service and integrity. It's nice to see good peope still exist that aren't just after your money. In my opinion, this is the best Harley dealership in the Portland area. Thanks brothers.

Needed to order a "Portland" branded Harley shirt for a friend out-of-state. Called and spoke with Kassidy and she was awesome about taking pics of some of the shirts in the right size and texting them over. She was amazing. We will definitely keep them in mind for all our future Harley-related purchases!

Bought a Royal Enfield here a few years ago. Nice folks. Paid a little too much perhaps but that's on me. Price of eggs as they say. I'd buy another bike here. I wouldn't buy one from their neighbors, however.

Bike threw some codes today (Sept.9th) on a ride, so I stopped by Paradise H-D on the way home because Volcano H-D didn't have enough slots or mechanics to check it out. Also, I was out near Gaston, so thanks to Paradise H-D, they came through and found the problem. 2021 Roadglide Special with 19,000 miles. It turned out it was something I did. Lesson learned.

Staff is friendly and VERY friendly. Was window shopping a nice Road Glide ST and noticed on the breakdown of the pricing a $5000 "Market Adjustment" fee. This is separate to shipping and handling, and dealer prep fees. Basically they are saying they are charging $5000 extra because the local economy is affluent enough to afford it. In my mind, I can fly out to Oklahoma or Kentucky and buy the same bike, ride it back and still have it cost less.

They do fantastic work on those occasions that I can get them to look at my 1994 FLHTC. But as a general rule, they refuse to work on older cycles. I recently asked about collision repair after a deer vs. motorcycle accident and was told, without ever seeing it, that the cycle is totaled :(This is probably no different than other HD dealers, but I am still very disappointed. Great service if you have a new cycle, SOL for older ones. See the point of impact on this post-crash photo of my "totaled" ride.

They could not accommodate our request for a rear tire. They do not have any techs on Monday and Tuesday. We had to go 160 miles away to Wildhorse HD. They got us back on our trip with a new rear tire.

I won't need to go back. Don't need to have 10 people jump on me as I come through the door asking if I need help finding something. I think maybe you're waaaay overstaffed for 10:30am on a Friday. All I needed was to pick up some parts, already paid for. Then, with ALL those people standing around ready to jump me, the guy in Parts had to make ME wait while he answered a phone call and helped someone NOT in the store and who hadn't given them a dime. SHAMEFUL what Harley Davidson has become and even more shameful they closed the Vancouver shop that we've patronized for 30 years. HD doesn't seem to give two s*it's about loyal long-time customers. Well, might actually be ex customers...I don't need their BS.

Paradise Harley-Davidson is the only dealer in town that I go to and support. All of of my experiences here have been positive. From the folks at the parts counter, to Tristan in sales, to the manager Nick - everyone at Paradise has been great to work with.

My boyfriend took in his tire just for a quick switch out and was quoted one price for the tire but was charged exorbitantly for the balance and mounting of the tire. It was literally four times as much the total cost for what it would have cost at Volcano. They didn't give us a heads up about the price gouging for immediate service and that was the very least they could have done. We do appreciate them squeezing us in, but all in all definitely not satisfied.

First off, I have been here a lot for the last few years to get my Harleys serviced and even though I've had continuous issues with one of my Harleys, I've had nothing but good things to say about the service department (granted, we've both had to practice patience due to new Harley systems). I will continue to bring my Harleys to them for services. This one star review is dedicated to "top shelf sales" Tristan who is one of those who gives the Harley community the reputation of being dramatic (high school gossip girl vibes). At the beginning of this year, I contacted Tristan to let him know a mutual friend was interested in a test ride... Told him he was most likely not going to buy the same day. Tristan came in on his day off (by his own choice) and met us. The friend I brought apparently misunderstood the directions from Tristan for the unguided test ride and we ended up being out for 40 min (we had recently done a longer unguided test ride with Indian with no issues). I followed my friend's lead and we were both impressed with the bikes we rode. When we got back to paradise, Tristan was visibly upset and he's hated both of us ever since... Now, over 7 months later, he's still bringing it up to my friends who come into Paradise, telling people we were out for hours (which is a lie). Being that Paradise has had one of my Harleys for well over 30 days accumulatively just in 2023 (which I lost hundreds of dollars in bike rental income during that time) and they've put over 100 miles on my own bike, it's safe to say I have no guilt in going on a 20 mile test ride with one of their bikes. I really liked the road glide and livewire I tested and have my eyes on purchasing one in the future.... But it will be from timbertown or Volcano where they're thousands of dollars less.
