WOW! Portland Installation is absolutely amazing. They were able to get us scheduled same day. Because of previous owners our install was a bit complicated, and Portland Installation managed it like pros!

This has got to be the VERY BEST COMPANY EVER!!! They came out within minutes of my call and installed our new dishwasher. We had purchased the unit from Costco who was supposed to include installation, however they hadn't told us it was going to be 50 days before that would happen. Fortunately Portland Installers were there to save the day! They were very professional and respectful, and even cleaned out my cabinet under the sink for me!!Extra time was taken to assure everything was level and good to go! They then cleaned up every little spec of dirt brought in from outside! They were the nicest young men, and the bill came in right on target!!I could not be more pleased! They have earned my highest recommendation! I especially appreciate the kindness and patience they took in dealing with our issues. Thanks Portland Installation!!!

Very easy and pleasant experience working with Portland Installation, who installed a new microwave/wall oven combo for us recently. The service was on-time and efficient, and they did not charge us extra for a little extra work needed to prepare the space for the new appliance. They will also uninstall and haul away the old appliance, which was much appreciated. I will use their service again in the future.

Jared removed a gas stove top today and capped the lines in less than 30 minutes. He also checked the dimensions on the new electric stove top the electrician is to install. A+work and arrived on scheduled time. Professionals! Highly recommend!

The whole experience was top notch. When I spoke to Jim over the phone, he made it easy to schedule an installation appointment, all while being kind and courteous. Chris and his partner showed up to install a new dishwasher for me. They were prompt with a text that they were 20 minutes out. The installation was very professional and they took there time. Chris even answered questions I had about the dishwasher and took time to show me some features about it. This company is tops. Jim, the owner, answers the phone himself and you'll never speak to a more pleasant and responsive person. Jeff who came to give us the estimate for a downdraft gas cooktop assured us that the installation could be done with the existing kitchen island without significant re-working of the countertop or cabinetry. He was right! With a lot of thought and perseverance, the installer Jeff fitted the new ducts in such a way that we actually ended up with more shelf space than we had before! May thanks to all of you at Portland Installation.

Portland Installation gets things done fast and professionally! I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly and smoothly everything went. If you need a new appliance like I did (in my case, a dishwasher), consider getting it from Eastbank Contractor Appliances (they are awesome) and having them arrange for delivery/installation through Portland Installation.This was by far the smoothest experience I've ever had replacing a large appliance. My house layout is typically challenging for large deliveries like this and they handled it easily. Highly recommended!Service: Household appliance installation

Jared and Michael did a fantastic job installing our fridge, range/microwave combo, and dishwasher. The fridge was a tight fit, so they removed drawers to make sure they didn't gouge the cabinets or the countertops. We needed time to clean after they removed our old appliances, but while we were upstairs, Jared grabbed our cleaning supplies and did it for us instead, which was amazing. They also ran the dishwasher and oven for 20 minutes to make sure everything worked perfectly before they left. We would highly recommend Portland Installation if you want extra care when installing your new appliances.Service: Household appliance installation

Portland Installation was great. I just moved to Tualatin and needed to replace my old drop-in oven. I reached out to Portland Installation, Their owner - Jim - came out and recommended I stay with a Drop-in model. He did not think the cabinets could handle cutting the bottom area to switch to a slide in. He did not charge me anything to come out. He even verified the drop in oven I was thinking of ordering would be a good option.I ordered the oven and scheduled the installation. His employees were on time, very neat, and friendly. The price was very reasonable and included a bit of cutting of the counters and the installation of the new oven. There was no "up charging" or "extra fees." The price I was quoted was what I was charged. I would strongly recommend Portland Installation if you need any appliances installed especially if you have some extra needs like built-in / drop-in appliances.
