I’ve used the Tigard ??????? services for a number of years. They’ve been very helpful in packing my shipments and recommending which form of shipping to use based on cost and time constraints.
They always go the extra mile in making sure your patronage is appreciated. At my last visit, it was somewhat busy, but I was still pleasantly greeted right away.
While busy processing my order, they were checking on the next customer, which involved sending them a document online. That customer was given step by step instructions, while my packages were still promptly taken care of.
I believe their prices are competitive, or better than other businesses offering similar services, but their excellent customer service is a definite plus.
You might want to check out their website for services offered other than shipping.
I highly recommend ??????? in Tigard.

Terrible, unprofessional people when it comes to Fieldprint fingerprinting. Only excuses for incompetent employees. If he's retired, make him go home. Absolutely unacceptable. He couldn't wait to tell me how hateful he was to sales calls, etc when his personal phone kept ringing as he struggled through following the prompts on the screen. Absolutely ridiculous and you all shouldn't do prints at all if it's as hard as you say.

We went in to rent a u-haul van, and were waiting as there was a line. The representative said that two forms of identification were required after telling us they would be with us in a minute, and when we asked questions, they snapped back by saying "I WAS TALKING TO THEM!!!" We immediately left and canceled our order as this was not okay.

I needed to get fingerprinted for the criminal background check required so I could volunteer in my granddaughter's preschool. PostNet in Tigard does these, is near me and has parking. I had an appointment today with Kelly and she was awesome. I was stressed because I thought I would be late for my appointment, but she reassured me saying she would have waited for me! My map indicated that PostNet is on the second right hand street after the Fred Meyer entrance, but that was just a driveway, so I mistakenly took 74th Ave just beyond it, which is one-way. I parked in a restaurant lot and rechecked the map. Since it was only 3 minutes on foot (same as driving), I walked there. PostNet is next to the Fred Meyer Garden Center, so if you go, and I recommend it as they are super nice, don't stress as I did or listen to your map - just drive into the entrance to Fred Meyer and turn left at the Garden Center.

This place is AWESOME. The owner, Nimesh is a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. I used to have a PO Box at the Tigard Post Office and utilizing one here is 10x better. Especially with the Post Office raising their PO Box Rates and delivering zero value.Prompt Customer Service and very professional. Highly recommend!
