If I could give less than 1 star I would. The property manager Thomas no showed multiple appts. I drove over an hour and had friends meet me at the 15700 location in King city, for a 2:30 appt to move items out of my unit. Waited over an hour. Thomas never showed. I called the customer service line and was told someone would call me back. Silence. Thomas evidently claims that customer service is important to him, but seems to have no concerns about no showing appts. Spoke with the individual scheduled before me, and Thomas no showed their appt as well. Really great look Public Storage. DO NOT RENT A UNIT AT PUBLIC STORAGE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Thomas is great! He is the manager of the Tigard location.
Had some trouble with the website and main phone contact. Also access code to the building.
Solved and so far so good.

DO NOT RENT HERE! The gates are always broken, codes never work and the manager is never here or available. It’s also very hard to access from 99w. Save your money and time and go somewhere that will actually allow you access to your storage unit. I’ve been trying to get my things for a month! This place is a joke!

I had the best experience renting a storage unit here, online and in person. Great rat e, and a great location. Very secure, clean, and easy to navigate. Thomas was a wonderful person to work with and very helpful.

I left town for about half a year, keys gone by the time i got back, Andi knew exactly what was needed, very friendly and helpful, knew exactly what we each needed to do to get back in by the company procedures and made it relatively stress free.
