Had Curt hitch and electrical wiring installed on a new 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid. Initially only got the hitch, but then U-Haul wouldn't let me haul without electrical, so I was back again. Both times, staff was very helpful in ordering what I needed, scheduling the install and then getting the work done. I thought of doing this work myself, but was a little more involved that I wanted to deal with, and they had done all this many times before. Would definitely go back if I needed similar work in the future.

I recently purchased a 2023 Thor Tellaro camper van, but the key for the Thule roof rack was missing. I called Rack Attack Tigard and spoke with Shawn, who went above and beyond to help me. Since the roof rack didn't have the serial code stamped on it, Shawn offered to bring out a ladder and manually try over 50 different keys to find a match! His dedication and willingness to help were impressive. Thanks to his efforts, I got the key I needed. Excellent customer service--Shawn and the team at Rack Attack Tigard really know how to take care of their customers! Highly recommend.

Bought a receiver hitch at this location four months ago. Upgraded my vehicle the same vehicle actually but this store says they will not install the receiver hitch. I have to buy a new one. Called the Portland East store and they said they would do it no problem. What the hell is going on here. Tigard store says one thing no, Portland store says yes. What in the world is going on here. Buyer beware. I am done with rack attack. This is a maximum profit business and not helpful.

I made a phone call and got a quick estimated price. Made it to the store that same day and was able to get my roof rack installed. It just so happens I was able to get my box delivered that same day and got a call about the early delivery. I stopped by again and paid to get that installed. Super quick and knowledgeable here. Thanks for all your help Dylan and Jacob.

No wonder why everybody buys everything online rather than supporting the local businesses. I asked for something for a specific cross bar. And then you wanted to ask 20 other questions that had absolutely nothing to do with what I needed. Yeah, I didn't buy anything. I'll buy it online.

I was helped by Zach at Rack Attack Tigard. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and got me what I needed. He made sure the rack I bought would fit my 2024 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro. He informed me of what I could get along with it to make it more secure, the SKS locks, and didn’t oversell me on a four pack when two were perfect (I really appreciated that). Finally, he saw a knick in the box and opened it to ensure the product I purchased was not damaged.
All in all a great buyers experience, and I would 100% go back to them for anything else I needed!

Whatever you do before you go here is make sure and ask for anyone besides Dillon when you go here. Completely unprofessional and very rude. I tried to get a few questions asked before I came and purchased a couple items and I have never felt more disrespected over the phone. This place was awesome for the others we talked too when we went.. I'm changing my review because they reached out right away to make this right and that just doesnt happen anymore. What a joke of a place. Placed an order early may and gave a 5-6 week ETA. Called at the 6th week mark and they said it should arrive sometime that week. Waited patiently for another 1-2 weeks and just got annoyed, didn’t get an update. decided to call today late june for an update and said the item is sold out and dont know the eta??? Why tf didn’t they tell me its sold out in the first place??? But theyll glad take your money and dont give courtesy updates. Such an inconvenience and disappointment

Had a great experience coming in to get a hitch installed on my car as well as perusing the available hitch bike rack options. Ended up buying a hitch bike rack the same day and had it complementarily installed. Everyone I talked to was very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Highly recommend this store!

It's not easy to find hitch mounted bike rack options for a small car, but the guys at Rack Attack made it easy. They got the parts in promptly and the install was quick and easy.

This place is top-notch. Everyone that I interacted with was very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a small manufacturer issue with the weatherstripping on the crossbars and after I called in and let them know, they said I could stop back by and Jacob came right out to help get it taken care of immediately.
