It's the nicest Regal in the Portland area, but that still means concessions move like a snail and there's no option for more comfortable seats.

Movie started 10 minutes late. A worker came in halfway through to check the movie, which I understand, but then walked in front of the screen on his way out. For the price of movie tickets today disappointed with the delay and the distraction of the worker.

Very clean, well organized, decent seating in all theaters. Waaaay overpriced. Go support local theaters that are much cheaper.

Initial cashier got our drink wrong and gave my sister a root beer instead of a Diet Pepsi — totally not a big deal but she is allergic to root beer so I asked a second dude if he could please change the drink to a Diet Pepsi and he hymned and hawd for a second before saying “fine sure” or whatever along the lines. Okay cool. We teter and he is filling the new soda as a fellow employee passes by him and they’re speaking about something before he quiet audibly goes “yeah wasted a whole root beer too” or something like that nodding to the soda.. idk typically brush stuff like this off the shoulder but with how much concessions are in the first place it’s just unnecessary to make comments like that especially in front of customers. I am in customer service myself.. you talk crap when they leave. Also just an fyi that you don’t know what’s going on and to understand that you are in a service position. People are allowed to get what they are paying for. They are paying for it! 😁

The Bridgeport Regal is by far my favorite theater. When there are lines they move quickly, the staff is always helpful, and the entire facility is clean and well-maintained.

This is a nice outdoor walking mall with a good assortment of stores and restaurants, mostly on the high end. It was so hot on the day I went though, that the walking around want very pleasant, except to duck in to the A/C... and then have an ice cream.

I love this Regal! I'm here fairly often as a Regal Unlimited member and I have never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly, it's clean (including the bathrooms), and concessions are fairly quick. The ticket kiosks are a little slow but you can always purchase at the counter.
