I feel so bad I hate leaving non-five star reviews but me and my family have been going here for like 7 years for our prescriptions, but we have to switch pharmacies. Every single month for like the past year and a half or so I have to withdrawal off of my medication (which is dangerous to withdrawal off of) because even with like 7 days notice, they can't fill the prescription in even like a reasonable amount of time. It's been effecting my health, I get heart palpitations and chest pain, I pass out, throw up, and other less palatable things to read. I have to come in twice every single time even though I've already requested a refill like a week in advance, once to ask them to start the refill I requested and another time later in the day to get the medication. (or wait 1-2 hours at the store.) Every single person in line today, 6 different people I watched them say the same thing, your medication isn't ready, and every single person is like wait I requested this like a week ago or longer, and they're like sorry you can wait or you can come back. And its 100% not the average staff's fault, this is on management, but it's also not fair to the pharmacy employees who have to deal with rightfully upset people and apologize to everyone. I get being short staffed, but this has been going on for over a year and today I had enough and I'm finally switching pharmacies. I'm not sure what they tell patients on heart medications, or something even more serious than what I take, but it's dangerous and sometimes deadly for people to just miss medications. My mom used to have to wait so long to get her literal cancer medication from here, like it's actually getting negligent and they should be careful because at some point someone's going to end up hospitalized or worse if they haven't already. I get a few months being behind, but they've hired like 1-2 people (I actually saw a new girl today she was nice I felt terrible for her to have to deal with all these upset people and as always there was only like 2 people working when the line was practically out of the door). This having gone on for over a year is unacceptable, it's unfair to the employees working the jobs of multiple people but getting paid for one job, and it's unfair to the customers who have to bend over backwards just to get their medication. I used to love this pharmacy, I'm pretty sad, but I sacrificed my health and gave them over a year. This is like next level bad, if you have a serious medication you cannot miss, please do not go here. With the large aging population in Tigard, this is pretty reckless.

I had the wrong appointment time for my Covid shot. Not their fault. I said well just give me a walk in appointment. None of the rite aids are doing this. Even though it's advertised on the website. I called several.

This place has really been stepping up their game lately. I've been getting my meds here since I've lived in the area for 7 years. Amanda's been around for a while and she is pretty knowledgeable and helpful. There's a new pharmacist who takes a lot of initiative. The previous lady has been pretty on it, as well. I need a certain generic brand that became hard to come by, so the pharmacist only filled half of my prescribed amount, so we could check for my preferred generic in a few weeks. I didn't ask for this but it makes so much sense and I app then doing it.

I'm going to have to move all of my prescriptions AGAIN. Transferred everything from Walgreen's to this RiteAid store because I was so disgusted with Walgreen's. So for the last year, give or take, I have been getting my prescriptions from RiteAid. Pharmacist was great, very customer service-focused. But when he left, abrupt decline in quality. EVERY TIME, I use the app, scan, manual, check boxes...with no result. A week later, nothing. I even resubmit at that point. Nothing. I would call but they don't answer the phone. I then have to go in to the store. They say "yes, it's in the queue" and act like "so what's the problem?" The last time, the clerk haughtily said "Well, there's a $125 co-pay" as though they didn't process the request because they assume you can't afford it. And now today, here we go again, for the last time, I hope!

I will not be coming back to this Rite Aid ever again! Brought my son in to get his 1st Covid vaccine (he is 4 years old) and had to bring his younger sibling along because we don't have other childcare in the summer. Anyways, we checked in for our appointment and we're told to wait for the pharmacist to call our name to take him back. I think most parents would relate that two toddlers do not do well just sitting there in a boring store for an indefinite amount of time. so we walked around some isles. My youngest son likes to playbstore all the time at home and thoroughly enjoys cleaning, so naturally at the store he was looking at items and knocked some on the ground. I picked them up and put them back on the shelves, meanwhile my other son is about to throw a fit because we've been waiting for so long past our appointment time. I walked him over to the seating area to check in with the staff and right when he sat down, a very unfriendly employee came over with a cart to tell me "he either needs to hold your hand or sit in here. He just destroyed the store, and guess who has to clean it." !!! I was livid! I picked up the items and I even went back to double check that everything was back on the shelf. Maybe this wouldn't happen if they didn't take so damn long to get us in for our scheduled time! We continued to wait and we're down another isle when I had finally had enough. I went back over to the pharmacy where they told me "oh they called your name but couldnt find you." Seriously, because I'd been circling the isles right by the pharmacy for 40 minutes!! I was furious. When we finally got done and had to wait the fifteen minutes post vaccine, another even more unfriendly employee kept walking by us giving such an evil eye look, I could not believe it! I have not felt so disrespected for simply walking around with little kids who I think are pretty well behaved and patient. Never again coming here and I will be sure to suggest to others not to either.

Wow,so they advertise covid shots from 2 to 3 every day. Walked in yesterday at 2 and was told to late, they already were full. And by full I mean 7 people were ther. Omg, then the pharmacist said comically and wait. So one has to come at 9 10 and what road a book for hours to get a covid shot. I don't think so. This place is totally unorganized and pathetic. Sooo go to tectonics campus, follow the signs, get in line, paper work provided and the most organized place for shots I have seen. All nurses and paramedics are from all over the state. My nurse was from Florida. Whole procedure took half hour. Highly recommend.

I am currently waiting so I am using the half hour I've already waited and however long I get to continue to wait to update my review. I came here for both doses of the Pfizer vaccine and genuinely had a great experience both times. I now realize that they brought in a team who was handling the vaccines. But, I received a booster email from Rite Aide months ago asking if I wanted to set up an appointment for my booster and the date I could schedule for was today. Yes please! I set the appointment for 745pm. A week later I had an event scheduling for the same day for 730pm. I called after being unable to change my appointment time online. The person who answered said that I just need any appointment that day and can come at any time. Here I am but, unlike last time I see no greeter and assume I just go to the pharmacy. I received text and email appointment reminders yesterday and today all saying I have an appointment today. A woman in front of me was asking about the booster and was instructed to make an appointment online. So I approach saying I had an appointment at 745 (it was 7pm) but I called and was told that I could come early. She asked me my name and date of birth. Then she started being really snotty saying I don't have an appointment and I need an appointment number. I told her that none of the reminders had a number just instructions for what to bring. She asked to see it and I showed her the email which says APPOINTMENT REMINDER - then she actually says that it is NOT an appointment reminder because a real one would have a confirmation number.... ummm what??? Like she legitimately was acting like I was faking having an appointment. I kept saying I don't know what you want from me. Then she starts saying she can do it but there are two people in front of me... ok....I genuinely didn't expect you to just vax me this second. I keep saying I don't understand what she's arguing with me about or what she wants. I fill out the form and give her my cards... It took an hour and I missed the other event but it is well worth it to be booster vaxed. I am just still beyond confused as to why she needed to act dismissive and crazy to me when genuinely I had an appointment and a pile of reminders.

They do not answer their phones. I tried contacting them to clarify the discrepancy on my COVID-19 vaccination. The card said one date and my text/email notification said another. I tried calling several times in the event they were busy.

Not sure who's to blame, if it's corporate or the store but really at the end of the day...does it matter? End of April I was so excited to get an appointment for my COVID-19 vaccine and was fortunate enough to get an appointment for my boyfriend for the same day. Everything was great until we noticed that the automatic appointment for the second dose was scheduled for a time we were out of town for the week. Mentioned this to the staff and they said no problem, go to the website and reschedule. Spent hours looking for anyway to reschedule, called multiple #s, and emailed customer service. Customer service via email said to follow the link in reminders. NO reminders were sent o for the second dose. Since places are excepting walk-ins, fingers crossed someone will help! In comparison...maki my adult children's vaccines were straight forward at Walgreens. Got to choose dates and times for both doses. Wish I'd known the difference a week would make to my family's health and well-being.

Great company with the best of values, commitments, and It's personal if you have enough people that FOLLOW THE RULES Pay should never be lower than 21 an hour when an employee worked for 4 years! She deserves MORE! 5354

I'm not normally a Rite-Aid fan. But thanks to the excellent customer service today and specifically Brannon, and the female pharmacist with the iPhone watch, I am reconsidering my harsh stance after I rushed to the location on Main Street in Tigard to fill a prescription and pick up an iPhone cord. It's was 20 minutes to close and both employees took care of what I needed but what made it get a "golden buzzer" was after they closed I sat in my car reading messages and email. My head was looking down at my lap at my phone. The employee pulled up next to me to see if I was ok because he and another employee saw that I was still where I originally park and Weren't sure if I was conscious. It was very kind, thoughtful and unexpected for sure. Thank you

I moved into this store neighborhood last year, and shopped in this store a lot. At that time, although expensive...the employees were helpful and friendly. NOT ANYMORE....different employees and prices are even higher. The last few times I have visited the store...no one greets you...staff will stand next to you stocking shelves or walk by you several times and not once...ever asked if I needed help finding anything. Today was the last straw. The cashier never acknowledged me even as scanning my items..then gave me a total amount...BEFORE I was finished unloading my basket. I had to tell her twice to bag my chips separate and they still ended up in with the laundry soap. I'm guessing the only thing keeping this store open is the pharmacy and alcohol. Taking my business to Walmart and Amazon.

I have been using this Rite Aid for the past 20 + years. The pharmacy staff calls me by name, and everyone is friendly and helpful.

Poor customer service in pharmacy, one gal in particularly. Often out of medication and unapologetic. I think there are enough competitors that I'd rather bring my business to.

Best staff whether you are getting a prescription or an item you might new on the run. I couldn't ask for a better place to be. I drive 15 miles out of my way to get my prescriptions done here. Know you by name and even by voice on the phone. I'll miss BJ who leaves today, 9/11 for a new position. See how close they work with you. Thanks everyone.
