The shelves in this store are completely empty and when I asked the cashier if they were going out of business they rudely and abruptly just said “NO!” with no explanation. Went again today and still empty shelves. Not sure what is going on but they don’t have basics in-stock. No reason to go there.

The pharmacy repeatedly refused to fill prescriptions, but couldn't explain why. Went to CVS and had no problems.

Probably the worst store in the country. Their shelves are about 90% empty and most times they don’t have what you need. The employees are all nice people so I don’t blame them. Whoever is in charge of that store either needs to shut it down or put stuff on the shelves. I don’t know how they can run a store with empty shelves for over a year and a half and be able to pay their rent and payroll. Just move out so another company can move in and supply the neighborhood with goods. You’re useless and a pain in my ass.

You have a designated curbside pick up spot, but when I called to let them know I was here and had paid ahead via the link they sent me, I was informed curbside wasn’t a service being offered. If there’s no option for curbside, then why does the “pay ahead” link give me the option, and why do you have a designated curbside pick up parking space? Seems more like you were lazy and didn’t want to participate in a service your company promotes rather than it “not being a thing”.

I have nothing but positive things to day about this store. I have been here many times. We have been satisfied with their pharmacy service. They are conveniently next door to Whole Foods.

Clean, open, nice space for what you expect a Rite Aid, it's an older building and you can tell. The staff is nice and overall calm environment.

This is the worst pharmacy that I have EVER seen. The people are incredibly rude, judgmental, incompetent, inconsiderate, lazy, and just plain mean. For example, I will go out of my way to call the pharmacy and ask a simple question with kindness and clarity only to be met with overt hostility and even anger (something like this;). Me: Hi, there. I hope you are having a nice day. I know my prescription isn't due until tomorrow, but I'm wondering if you can have it ready by, say, 11am? Pharmacist: (angrily) Let me see here! Name!? Me: Jos- Pharmacist: Sir, it says HERE this prescription WILL NOT BE FILLED TODAY!!! Me: I don't want it filled today, as I said before. I am simply asking if you can have my medication ready by 11am. Pharmacist: No we cannot! We annoy have it ready by ANYTIME! We will put it in the queue when we open and it will be ready when it's READY!!!!! This is just one example (of MANY) of the treatment I received while having my medication filled here. After they sat on my prescription for seven hours refusing to fill it for no reason that I can see, I switched to another establishment. I recommend all who fill at this Rite Aid stop, and those who are thinking about doing so don't. Don't get me wrong, my previous Rite Aid pharmacy in Wilsonville was wonderful. As for this location? Well need I say more?

Pharmacists are pretty friendly but they sent me home with generic/off-brand adderall without advising me and now there’s nothing that can be done about it. The generic XR option doesn’t work as well and often doesn’t have consistent doses in the capsules; that’s commonly known within the adhd community. Double check your prescriptions before you accept them.
