I called yesterday to fill my prescription and it said it would be ready yesterday at 4, called today hasn’t been refilled and nobody is answering. Guess I’ll be changing pharmacies.

Barely stocked and barely staffed. Enough said.

Waste of time and money. Tried to pickup my prescription several times but either not open yet, already closed, lunch break, unexpected break. Getting a text message about the items will be put back and prescription canceled if I don't pick it up or pay. I paid. Tried to pick it up and was told items been out back and need to call corporate for a refund. This is horrible customer experience. I guess that's what happens with the company being on life support.

The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The crew is friendly. The pharmacy does their best, but are often understaffed.

This pharmacy should add to the list of stores shutting down. They have gone downhill quickly. They don't answer their phone They have people's lives in their hands and they are not not able to keep up. I can't breathe let alone talk and they're making me wait an hour while they hold my inhaler because they have vaccines to give. VACCINES CAN WAIT WHEN SOMEONE CAN'T BREATHE AND YOU LITERALLY HAVE WHAT THEY NEED. This is unacceptable. After years of loyalty this is my last day as a customer.

Go ahead and just remove your phone number from everything if you're not going to answer. You cannot refill your medication over the phone, because nobody will answer. It'll ring, and ring, and ring, before you will be taken back to the beginning of the robotic answering machine. I went through the cycle five times, and nobody answered. Well within business hours.

Clean store, prices could be better, but minimal staff shows no money being put into store.

I recently went to the Rite Aid in King City off Durham Rd., Tigard. I found the pharmacist and the other people working in the pharmacy to be extremely helpful and pleasant. It was my first time using that pharmacy and I was very impressed! Plus the entire store feels neat, clean, and well-organized. The cashier greets people as they walk in. I was asked in a review if I was greeting in a "caring" way. I'd be surprised if I was and I'm just happy to have my existence acknowledged. It's a smart practice to let customers know you're aware they're in the store. Asking them to sound Caring while they are ringing up sales is a bit much. The woman did sound friendly and that was more important to me.

This store is always nice to go into because it's clean, quiet and friendly. If you have questions, you can find someone to help. And, since they have increased their products, you can find more for the family rather than running to several stores.

If you need a prescription in a timely manner, do NOT go here. I have had multiple prescriptions get delayed by several days because of lack of stock, no staffing, bad communication. Meanwhile other pharmacies in the area can fill prescriptions in 20 minutes. I will no longer rely on this pharmacy to get anything filled in a timely manner.

Last week I saw in the website they welcome walk-ins for flue shots so I came over and the pharmacy woman (short with glasses) after ignoring me for a while helped me. She said I needed an appointment because they are short staffed, after I said about the website she said that they didn’t have flue shots until August; I mean, she did her best to get rid of me.Prescriptions are never ready, always have to wait. It’s very convenient but after several bad experiences, I’m switching to Walgreens.

Is there a way to reach out to a store specific manager by email? Without leaving things as a public review and getting responses from corporate/regional management? I'd like to just send an email with some info and screenshots pertaining to what happened and what we discussed earlier? Without calling back and bothering people during their shifts and trying to discuss it further. A simple email would be so much better!Either way, have always loved rite aid amd never had any problems with ANY location. From Gresham & SE out west to Beaverton & Tigard. Awesome retail store not just pharmacy. Thanks!

Went to my primary care physician this morning at 7:00. She said that I needed a TDAP booster update. I called Tigard Rite Aid to ensure that they were "in network" for my insurance. The Pharmacy manager couldn't say but said that he would check when I was in the store. I then asked to make an appointment for a TDAP immunization and was told that I MUST make appointments online. I went online to make my TDAP immunization appointment and found that the soonest appointment was for 2:20. I filled out the copious forms to identify that I wanted a TDAP immunization, I have not had previous adverse reactions to immunizations, I have no applicable allergies, I do not have covid, I have no relevant comorbidities, and that I selected the 2:20 appointment timeslot. The website response was to display a page that allowed me to refill prescription medication. What? I couldn't tell whether the appointment that I selected was booked. So I looked for a link that I could check my outstanding scheduled appointments. There wasn't one. So, I tried to reenter the appointment information and found that the 2:20 appointment was no longer available. This made me hopeful that the appointment was actually scheduled. I arrived at Tigard Rite Aid at 2:10 and went inside to avoid being late for my appointment. There was no signage that directed me to an appointment line. Just prescription pickup or prescription drop off. Both lines were very long. I chose the prescription drop off line and, at 2:20, approached the attendant letting her know that I was present for my 2:20 appointment. Her response was to admonish me for being in the wrong line. What? How was I supposed to know? I then got in line at the prescription pickup window, which also had a very long line. After waiting 10 minutes, I approached the attendant and let him know that I was present for my 2:10 appointment. His response was to let me know that he was helping another customer. So I waited. Again. When it was my turn, the attendant asked me for my appointment confirmation. I explained that I was not given one and that I had spoken to the pharmacy manager and was 1) directed to the website to make an appointment, 2) I filled out all of the information and answered all of the questions, 3) I selected the 2:20 timeslot but was met with a prescription request form instead of confirming my appointment, and 4) there is no link for confirming one's outstanding appointments. The attendant curtly told me that I did not have an appointment. I then asked if there were any appointments remaining for today and was told that there were no appointments scheduled for the day. So I asked to speak to the Pharmacy manager who asked me to fill out all the forms that I previously completed and he would "try" to fit me in. When I tried to speak with the store manager, I had to wait another 10 minutes and when she arrived, I tried to explain what I endured but let slip a swear word. This woman then chose to dismiss all that I said and reprimand me for swearing at her and told me that she could not help me. Then I began to swear. Her response was to ban me from the Tigard Rite Aid. My thought was that she must be daft to think that I am even interested in giving my business to Rite Aid again. Which I am not. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RITE AID AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE UNHELPFUL, EXPENSIVE AND INEPT.

In the pharmacy, Mike and Monica know what real customer service means. They value customers' time, listen empathetically and communicate clearly, always have a pleasant attitude, and provide service beyond customers' expectations. They go above and beyond and make customers happy and feel special. Others in the service industry could take a few lessons from them!
