It's not Robyn's Nest anymore, unfortunately. She sold to Real Property Management, and our experience so far leaves much to be desired.

I would not do business with these crooks. Terrible customer service and people skills.

Do not waste your time with this management company - they don't keep you updated on anything. Utility bills were kept under the owners name and balances were unpaid for months (by the tenant). When it came for the utilities to be shut off the tenant opened new accounts in her name leaving me with all the previous balance - and how did Robyn's nest help, they did NOTHING! I agree they don't return phone calls because they are busy but have time to send you a long email saying nothing important. Now since they didn't do the job they should have I need to deal with the tenant and possibly take them to small claims court. This company deserves zero stars!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Do not have anything to do with them. When asked to do a more thorough 3 month check, I was labeled a troublemaker and could not get any further communication from them. When I terminated our agreement I had to get an attorney just to get the money they were holding regarding my rental. Customer service grade: F. Do not use these people.

Great Experience. Robyn helped us find a home quickly that was exactly what we were looking for.

They were very slow at repairs, actually our big burner on our stove never got repaired after months of them being aware. They also took out $190 from our deposit for replacement of a few bulbs, cheap stove drip trays and a few broken blades on an old blind. This was without notice and after a walk through where they stated there were 'no major or minor damages'.... Glad we were only with them a year, to have a landlord claw back like that over bulbs and drip trays with an over priced contractor bill is a red flag for bad business. Be aware they also require invasive 6-month inspections & high carpet cleaning fee when you leave no matter what.

First of all they do very invasive 6 month inspections for "mold/smoke detectors" until they state that this is a bit dirty or that looks like it needs to be fixed. If that's what your inspecting then go ahead and say it. Don't beat around the bush. State that you want everything in "showroom state".I also had a couple repair requests that was going to be delayed up to 5 days. Oh okay I'll go without a toilet for a couple days oh and heat don't worry about it, I'm an Eskimo. I ended up paying my own guy to do it so I could at least break the 50 degree mark int he home. Oh and check prices as you can probably find something a bit better without all the hassles and cheaper.

They insulted my husband's Spanish accent in a rather discriminatory way. Not impressed

Robyn is about tenant and property owners satisfaction. These days it is hard to find someone that takes the time to make sure the needs of their clients/customers are met. She is about quality - not quantity and takes the time to talk with each person over the phone or in person.
