Joshua has always gone over and beyond ever since I've gone to this location for rentals or trucks being brought to get serviced. Super friendly and knowledgeable. He goes the extra mile to accommodate my needs even if it isn't his problem. Truly appreciated!!

This was not a well run truck rental location. The guy at the counter claimed he ran all Portland rentals, but didn't have a truck ready for me. I had an online rental confirmation completed earlier that week as well my Ryder business account manager go in and check on it. I got turned away with indifference on their part or an unwillingness to help at all. Often the case that a good price is not worth it.
