Top notch! In a time where pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff are in very short supply while the aging population and their increased requirement for medications all pharmacies everywhere are inordinately stress. And while there is no denying their “peak times” are very busy, this staff is unfailingly professional while remaining warm, approachable and overall meticulous in their practice. I received a call prior to pharmacy opening hours from a pharmacist who wanted to speak to me about a drug/drug interaction. While it turned out the prescription that they had received was sent in error, it did have my name on it and a careful analysis of my current meds revealed a very serious risk. Top notch, this staff!!

Completely disorganized pharmacy- order stated to be ready in two hours, four hours later not there. Two days later not there. Third trip in, guess what? "Oh we've had to order more, won't be here til Wednesday, or Thursday". Fourth trip there? Not happening.Nope. And if you are hoping for a hint of a smile or courteous answer....keep walking.

Safeway Pharmacy has always been very polite, kind and efficient with our family. The women I just got off the phone with showed endless patience with me as I explained the situation we had. Thank you Safeway Pharmacy.

The meds are never done, and when you go to ask for them they are 'in process' everytime. They do not give you an emergency doses if the med is 'in process'. So be careful

What a dump. I only went there bc the deli was closed at the Fred Meyer up the road. The deli is VILE. The worker was stocking shelves outside of the deli, let me wait for minutes before he helped me. He proceeded to not wash his hands, just put on plastic gloves. He had exposed facial hair and no hat on. So gross. I ordered some sliced deli meat, which he tried to grab old pre sliced stuff in a gross bin in the case, which I then saw what I photographed. THIS STORE IS GROSS.

Our go to neighborhood store especially with their newspaper coupon deal. To top it off Paula always puts a smile on your face. She is so kind and helpful.

This Safeway like so many others in Portland area and likely because cerebus the venture capital group ownes them absolutely sucks. Staff is great and really trying but this location is always out of everything no matter the day of the week but really terrible on any weekend. That's senior managements strategy apparently. No improvement in the 4 years we've lived in king city..regional management needs to be sacked..

Because this is the only grocery store in the area They act like they are doing you a favor for you shopping in the store. The prices are as high or higher the new seasons at Whole Foods but not the Quality. Lastly the employees all have attitudes not friendly ones.

Except the “Just for you” app SUCKS! It doesn’t give you the discount associated with the bar code you have to scan. I’ve been ripped off more than once after checking my receipt for accuracy, and was told that I’d have to go to the Customer Service desk to obtain a refund on the difference. Standing in line AGAIN for something that wasn’t my fault to begin with. SO frustrating!

The pharmacy staff here are WONDERFUL -- they know us, do everything they can to help us, and I trust them implicitly. BUT the pharmacy is OVERWHELMED, and I don't believe I've received a prescription on the day it was promised for at least a year -- more often, they're not ready even 2-3 days after the promised date. Also, they're never done all at once, meaning I need to make multiple trips to the store (= multiple COVID exposures). (And I don't believe COVID staffing problems are the issue: the slowdown started when they purchased a local pharmacy and increased their workload more than they increased their staff.)In their defense, it looks like every *other* pharmacy in the area has similarly low reviews, so I'm not switching -- but hoo boy, I wish Safeway would HIRE MORE STAFF so that I can at least get Rx when promised!

I'm so fed up with this store. It has, by far, the WORST self-checkout clerks. The older man that works there is ALWAYS in a pissy mood and he is rude. Today the checkout stations were all packed and a lady and her two kids were in there with NO MASKS! When I told the clerk she said she doesn't do anything about it, that she let's her manager handle that. So where was the manager? No where! That one lady could have infected all of us at the nearby stations and Safeway couldn't care less, and masks are their rules! I'm no longer shopping there. Their employees are way too rude and incompetent for my blood.

The staff here was extremely rude. I totally understand that they're busy and stressed, but that's no excuse to take it out on the clients. It was my first time - and definitely my last time here.
