This store is a fun place to find awesome quality at a great price. The people who work at this store are so friendly and helpful, give yourself some time to look through everything.

I don't know why they have a security dude at the door - nobody is trying to steal anything in this place.Never seen a Saks that looks worse than TJ maxx.

I have purchased a pair of shoes to give as a present to my father in law , and after some time he figured that the shoes are too big and it was already over 30 day return window. He asked me to go with him and exchange for the same pair but smaller size, which I did, but the store manager refused to even listen to our story, all he said that the return policy is 30 days and nothing he can do, even when I asked him to consider the fact that it was a present and some time did pass before I gave it and my father in law only got a change to try his new shoes two weeks later. The shoes are unused and have tags on them , and all we ask is the exchange for the smaller size and they refuse to even listen. It made me feel horrible that such a reputable store have such a low level service and courage to its customers. Been shopping there for years and never returned a thing….. before this situation.I did call the customer service phone number, but they only able to honor online purchased returns. What happened to good old days service when the legends ware make about Nordstrom store honoring the refund for the set of Tires purchased at Sears… oh no this is not a Nordstrom this is sucks fifth ave…

Brutally sad excuse of a store. Shelves were bare and nothing of value was there. All clearance items. Very sad experience.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Saks Fifth-Off store, and I can't praise it enough. The exceptional service provided by Brett at the jewelry section truly made my visit memorable. Brett's professionalism and pleasant demeanor were commendable, as he assisted me in choosing a fabulous bracelet. His expertise and guidance were invaluable, ensuring I made a perfect selection. I highly recommend visiting this store and seeking out Brett for an exceptional shopping experience.

Deplorable store manager named Angela! This Saks Off 5th location at Bridgeport Village used to be one of "my top 5 favorite places to shop" in my local area. I have enjoyed shopping there for years and always enjoyed the quality of merchandise, good prices and pleasant employees. However, today I experienced an unpleasant treatment from one of the managers named Angela, who I have never encountered before. At first, I was delighted to discover that the store had a one-day "$19.99 final sale" on certain clearance shoes. Sounds good, right? Well, not really! Apparently even though some shoes had $19.99 red stickers, they still rang up at a higher price at register. Unfortunately, this is what happened to me. And when the sales associate asked the manger if she could adjust the price she said "NO! I'm not going to because customers are always switching price stickers." (Sometimes it's not only what is said, but how it is said. It felt so uncomfortable!) When I asked very politely, "what exactly are you saying?" She looked at me and said, "Well, I'm not saying you did, but it happens all the time where customers switch." My authentic response was, "Ok, let's go look at your security footage together; you have cameras at every angle throughout this store. You will see that these boots are exactly how I picked them up. And they have not only one, but 3 red stickers for the same price, $19.99, which makes it more evident that it was mistakenly "mis-priced" by the store & not some customer trying to save a few dollars!" At this point any decent & efficient manger would try to come up with an effective solution, or simply apologized on the store's behalf for the mis-labeling. But sadly, not, this "manager." She stoically said, "We don't have to honor it & I'm not doing it!" Then, I simply said, "OK, I am going to contact the corporate office to see what their policy is." She completely ignored me and walked away. Unbelievable! What a rude, cold and terrible store representative. The experience was so upsetting, that I went outside and called the Corporate Office from my car in the parking lot. The Customer Service Rep on the line was very kind, understanding & professional; and apologized on behalf of Saks Off 5th & the store manager Angela; and I was able to purchase the shoe online for the store’s stickered price. This low 1-Star review is for my experience in the Sak's Off 5th, Tigard, OR location only. The tacky behavior of the manager Angela was truly despicable to me. However, if I could give their online representatives a perfect 10-Stars, I would. As long as that manger is at that Tigard, OR location, I will do my shopping on-line instead.

Messy store, bad lighting (how is this a luxury store?), and rude staff. Dollar Tree has better lighting.

Not sure if they have a manager at this store, or maybe the one they have is totally incompetent. Sadly neither looks good. Racist store. Wife of color tried to return Christmas gift with receipt. Manager Xavier said had to be refunded to card of purchaser, since they didn't "know how my wife obtained product". Really? Asked for a gift card or exchange, Xavier said they don't do that. I guess they think brown people can't get gifts. Said had to go back to gift giver for a new gift instead. I can't believe they let a bigot run their store..
