The interior was hypnotically Caucasian. Tones rang of Taylor Swift and tapioca-puddingcore atmosphere.
I had to wait in line at the register to ask a simple question because no staff were willing to stop and answer a quick question for me and help me locate the foundation I use.
The cashier looked up the product I had bought before and told me to go grab one. I go there and they don't have it anywhere on the shelf. I go back to the register and she just shrugs and says "Oh, we only sell that online now." But. They still carry that same line. And I bought my last one in-store 2-3 months ago. It surprises me they just stopped carrying it in stores. Why did she send me across the store and make me look for 5-10 minutes without checking to see if they even had it in stock? I was really annoyed.
It was a weird experience overall. Other shoppers were very rude and entitled. It was mostly wealthy looking moms with their equally stuck-up daughters. Someone damn-near slammed a door in my face when I was entering. The cashier was nice but not helpful at all. Most staff scoff/ignore you when they walk by. I wouldn't go back to this one. Everyone inside seemed miserable and angry.
I had a WAY better experience shopping at the one in Pioneer Square. People were a lot friendlier. It was better staffed and the staff were very helpful and nice. It also felt more diverse and inclusive than this one did.

Employees ignore you, and when you ask for help, they ignore you for a couple seconds more before finally looking up. Don’t waste your time at this location— they probably won’t have what you want anyway.

I bought something at Sephora and had to pay twice because the machine's Wi-Fi connection was cut off during payment. i payed twice. The Sephora store said they couldn't give me a refund and told me to request cancellation from my credit card company. This is a problem that occurred at Sephora, but they say it is up to the credit card company to resolve the problem. I don't understand. It is said that double charging problems often occur in this shop. It's the worstGIVE ME MY MONEY

No one offered us assistance through the store was full of employees. Clerk walked away as we got in line. It was more like we were followed by the staff watching what we were doing but never helping us was the real kicker. Not coming back.

Terrible customer service, system inventory is never updated, and employees can be simply rude to customers a lot of the time

Honestly, this location is probably the worst Sephora I have ever been to. The first bad experience I had was when I went with my sister. Me and my sister are Mexican, and I get that this location is in a wealthy white area and we were getting followed around in EVERY single aisle. Mind you, there were many other people in the store at the time. Also want to add that we were not best dressed because we had just gotten off from work. Discrimination much? I’m sure certain FEPA would love to hear about this. Anyways, yesterday I also went in and needed assistance with a stock check. There were two girls just chit chatting and they were the closest to me. I kindly approached them and said “excuse me” the girls kept talking for a few seconds longer and a dark skin curly haired employee said “what’s up”. I was very taken back because I am not her sister neither her friend so I said never mind. I think when a customer is asking for help you don’t say “what’s up” to them and make them feel like a bother. You are getting paid to work and assist customers not hang out with your “co workers”.SABRINA on the other hand IS AMAZING.

Delivered an order of 12/4 cookies from a wonderful place (they did no wrong) totally my fault as I was wrong but Sephora new they ordered 4 not 12, went back an they stated they ordered an ate them all within the time it took me to turn around. Point is they knew that the order didn’t belong to them. Eat your free cookies Sephora an know I had to work extra hard to make up for yes my mistake but you knew. So whatever it is that makes you sleep nights. 5 AM employees needed 16 cookies, a for management to tell me their on a tight budget, tells me they knew what they did was wrong! So boo to Sephora for stealing, thieves, I made next order right, paid for it myself so Sephora you need to come correct!

The staff is nice but the “manager” is a rude idiot. Spend your money at any other store, this one needs a reorg.

Employees are rude. I was in a hurry to go to the airport and I had an item on hold so I could be quick and the lady was rude with finding my item and was annoyed I didn’t have time to set up an account with her. I told her I was in a hurry for the airport and instead of being nice she said “it literally takes two seconds.” Even if I needed to return the item I don’t think I would want to go back. Terrible customer service.
