Roxana assisted us with product selection and purchase details very ably. We did have a few issues with the iPhone application and existing online account. In particular, it referenced an old Sleep Number bed (which I no longer have) and was shared with my ex-wife, who now presumably has access to the new bed to be delivered shortly. There doesn't appear to be any mechanisms to remove these old bits from the account either in the app or online. It's hardly Roxana's fault, but rather an issue of poor software design.

My experience with Sleep Number Corp. at its Tigard, OR store wasan enriching one. I had an excellent salespersonk, Deborah Moran,who asked the right questions and guided me, step by step, to themodel I-8 that I purchased. Roxana was polite, easygoing, answered our questions, and showed us all their options. We got lucky that no one else was in there at the time we went, so she could give us her undivided attention. Place was clean, well organized, not crowded with stuff etc. The beds are NOT cheap (about the same as a decent, but older used car) - but if you've reached a point where you want or need to consider getting one, this is a good place to go.

Excellent customer service. Went in to buy new sheets. They didn't have the color I was looking for. My sales associate ordered them and they will be delivered to my home. So easy!!

I was able to text them ahead of time to ensure the model I wanted to see was on the floor and they responded very quickly. When I got there, the representative was very gracious and efficient. She didn’t pressure us to look at anything we weren’t interested in, she promptly answered questions and completed the paperwork. It was the most efficient and positive experiences I’ve ever had when making a large purchase.

I've had it, I'm so done with sleep number. $8000 spent on this bed and here's what I get:Delivery/Install guys were lazy, didn't set.up our bed and just left it for us to do.3 weeks in, bed chamber needs to be replacedAir pump went out, needed to be replacedConstant "Bed needs to reset" message on app, followed by "Call customer service for further support, your bed can not be reset". Literally once a month if not more, no exaggerating! When it says this, we can't adjust bed at all and it's a 50/50 shot that the department to get ahold of is on the east coast that closes at 5.The last time it gave us the reset error after air pump failure, was that we needed the remote to trouble shoot. They send it, 10 days later it gets fixed again, but hey, 2-3 weeks later guess what, like clockwork, the bed is down AGAIN!! And yep, you guessed it, it's the department that is closed right now!!$8000 dollars for this? Seriously!?! 8 fricken THOUSAND Dollars!!!!Oh, and don't get your hopes up to talk to someone about all of your issues, still waiting on a supervisor to call me from 6 months ago.If I could give negative stars I would. Worst. Service/bed. Ever!

The mattress was running weeks later than we were initially promised, and the we had to reschedule from the fires. The customer service agent said they were going to give our mattress to a different customer, and then didn't actually enter our reschedule date, so we waited another month. I finally called again and figured out that we hadn't been rescheduled when I wasn't getting any text confirmations for the second promised delivery date. It was finally delivered 2.5+ months after we ordered it, and then it started making a lot of noise at after about 10 months, and by the time I tried to get a new pump, they only cover 65% after 52 weeks (I emailed at 53.5 weeks). So $225 for a new part, and who knows if it will show up or work for longer than the last one. This has been a hassle at every turn.

Poor customer service followed up by shady business practices. My base was unable to be returned. I gave it away and order a Purple mattress and oh my god so much better then the sleep number!! Also my base arrived squeaky and I wanted to return it and get a box spring and they include base returns in their 365 day warranty!

Great, friendly service with knowledgable sales person who just gave me the time to try out my selections. I came prepared but hadn't really tried a Sleep Number bed. Bought one!
