I appreciate that from the start to finish, this T-mobile team was friendly, helpful with presenting economic options for our phone technology wishes, and made our longer phone to phone data transfer time well-spent. We initially worked with Manny, who clearly understands getting best value for things you want, and he did well with checking in during the whole process. JJ continued the great service Manny began and shared personal insights we found refreshing, while he assured us of the value/benefits/security we wanted in our phone purchase. Ivan stepped in for a delightful visit, while the transfer process continued until their store-closing. Like I said, this T-Mobile team was ALL THAT. I'm glad we drove to where reviews pointed to good service and hope my review helps!

Jasmine was incredibly helpful and knowledable about our upgrade options and was very friendly while helping us to pre order our new phones and accessories.Her and Manny were good conversation and I actually look forward yo coming back next week to see them again when we get our new flip phones.

This evening I stopped by the Progressive Plaza T-Mobile store. The Manager was very helpful and listened to what I had to say about my experience with another T-Mobile store and the lack of care and non support that they said they couldn't provide. They said that I would only be able to make a payment by calling in to the 1800 number. I went home and called and they said they couldn't verify who I was so they said I would have to go to a store so they could verify me and then I would have to call them back ( 1-800#) so I could pay my bill. This has been going on for a little over 2 months with no success. Until tonight I got the best customer support and service I have had from this company. Please use this store as a perfect example of what a good customer service team should look like. Even though there is construction right in front of the entrance they had a great attitude and they did there job with a smile. I just want who ever is in charge of this store that they are a very knowledgeable and customer friendly group of people. I want them to know that they are an assistant to T-Mobile.

Quick service to get a new phone, but they’ll try to put in every extra accessory and say it’s necessary. Overpriced case, covers, and unnecessary charging plugins. Say no to anything extra of the phone

Absolutely awesome customer service, Yadi was a pro at fixing a few silly issues that were just not possible after hours on the phone with support, overall t-mobile is pretty great. Thank you!!

David was such a great help. My wifi stopped working and he knew exactly what to do. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Very friendly and helped keep me calm (I'm not great with technology)

Beforehand, you should know this store does not do repairs (which I didn't know). I had major issues with the phone to where it was basically unusable, but shout to JC for being nice, helpful and quickly going through the process to activate my warranty and get me a replacement phone going! It was pretty quick, she explained things well and worked with me!

If we could give these guys 10 stars we would! Came in on Friday to switch over to T-Mobile because we were having all kinds of problems with our service (Consumer Cellular). Went to multiple stores to have it looked at, but no one was ever at work in the tech section to help us. When we walked into T-Mobile SW Hall Blvd store it was a relief to find great customer service. David tried to port our # over with no success due to our old company not releasing our number, next day he and the manager tried and tried with no success. David passed on our info to asst. manager Scott as David had next day off. Came in on Sunday and the whole crew was aware of situation, Scott spent several hours on the phone with several calls going at once and was able to resolve the problem that really wasn't their issue. The staff and managers are awesome!

In 1990, I was unable to get phone service in Vancouver WA, as no lines were available. Charge card requests were refused without a number, by all carriers but Sprint, and I became a loyal customer until the recent T-Mobile merger. I thought this would end my happy phone relationship, but Surprise! T-Mobile provided, by far, one of the most pleasurable and helpful service experiences I've encountered anywhere, in any business. So when my wife received awful Verizon service when buying a new phone, I convinced her to join my T-Mobile plan...and she was amazed! It took some doing to switch; she couldn't close that account immediately, but Yadi Diaz to the rescue! When the wait period finallly was over, Yadi spent almost a full hour helping my wife make the switch; like my own experience, it was the best service she's ever seen...and that's saying something, as she's tech-phobic, doesn't use a computer, and has been frustrated with her phones for years. Yadi was both compassionate and patient, as he got her phone set up, and she was delighted. This has been a long post, but we're a couple of elders who almost wish Yadi was a member of our family. He's a prime asset to T-Mobile.

I walked in with a new phone that would not connect to the network and I needed some trouble shooting help. The assistant manager Scott and the customer service rep Robert (I think if I forgot your name, i'm sorry because your a phone wizard), they where amazing, matching my energy and knowing exactly what I needed. They obviously had years of experience, they where honest, and most importantly they fixed my problem. Best cell phone store experience of my life.

WHAT A DREAM! The team at T mobile is amazing special shout-out to Scott and Manny even though I had trouble with my phone these two people made the experience a breeze and understood what was going on not only did manny stay to back up and update my phone he let me stay in store and reassured me then Scott made me getting a brand new phone today easy and he explained everything thoroughly!! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone! THANK YOU T-MOBILE TEAM!!

Excellent service. Manny was very helpful when I struggled with the repair and insurance services. He was insightful with i cloud tips also. Matthew was also very helpful and guided us through some frustrating issues. Jacinda jumped in and also helped us with a trade in. Michael in the repair shop was kind and professional. We highly recommend this store and the thoughtful, professional staff.
