If you want to be overcharged and not have any service this is your company. When we purchased our home we had to sign a 2 year service agreement with Suburban Propane. And wow what a disappointing 2 years. They show up when they want and will not set up a normal fill program. They are charging over $7 a gallon. Yes over $7 a gallon. When we have tried to call to discuss we always get the run around. Now that we have a new propane company Suburban wants to charge us a surcharge and disconnect tank fee to pick up their tank. The tank is already disconnected and empty. In closing this was a poor company to deal with as shown in several reviews. I am sure once I post this I will get the canned response from them of "Were sorry for the misunderstanding, please contact us to rectify the issue." I have talked to them so many times that I will not put myself through it again.

A GREAT COMPANY!! Called for propane and two days later I received it. All contacts with the employees were positive, everyone was friendly, helpful and gave great customer service!

I spent at least two hours, closer to three, waiting on the phone listening to apologies for your customer service not answering. I never had a response from your Tigard office after leaving my telephone number. When I finally reached a rep (Michelle, your reason for getting two stars) at your main office, she attempted to help but was also unable to reach your Tigard office. She then sent them a message to call me. That was three days ago and I never received a call. My reason for calling was that your faulty online registration system would not let me register nor could I use my logon credentials. My purpose for going online was to pay my bill. Not the way to run a railroad.IMO, your customer service VP and your local manager should be fired.

I've only had one experience with suburban propane. During the ice storm, a couple years back, I went to suburban propane and not only did they fill the 5 gallon tank I had with me and they also made an adapter for me to be able to run a smaller propane tank to a little buddy heater. I wouldn't have gotten through five days without electricity, without suburban propane.

Fantastic experience - from office staff to technician.Had to have my RV propane tank fill valve replaced. Tom took great care of me plus gave me a much-needed propane education along the way. The office staff both friendly and helpful. Thanks to all!

Wonderful experience! Had a different propane filling service overfill two of my propane tanks triggering the safety valve. That service (Chevron) refused to fix my tanks.Suburban Propane fixed both my tanks(one was filled almost double) with zero issues and no appointment needed. Customer service was fantastic and friendly. I know where I'm going FIRST the next time I have propane issues. 10/10 would recommend.

Worst place management and customer service, I asked for one simple thing and they made a completely different thing, and they refused to return or replace it!!!!! CS representative hang up on me although I was talking to them, they said we make only 3/8 or 1/2 inch hoses, I got the 3/8 although I asked for the 1/2 inch then they were saying we do only 1/4 and 3/8 hoses but then they were saying we did make you the 1/2 inch hose!!!! So how come they are saying we make only 3/8 and 1/4!!!!! And all I got is the 3/8 which was useless and waste of money.

Well after 40+ years I was forced out of my business. I used you guys for that whole time and was happy with the serviceNow that I no longer need the service I need to close my account. The thing that really gets me as what I would consider being a good customer paying on time over all the years. Your company has the balls to charge me a fee to pickup the tank. I could understand a charge if I was a new customer or some deadbeat. Believe me this idea is a bad one and would ask you to reconsider this penaltyDave Delany
