Let me just say that shopping for clothes isn't my favorite activity, yet I so look forward to visiting this store! The saleswomen are lovely (I was helped by Megan, the best, and I hope I spelled her name right), the store is beautiful, and it's a pleasure to be in there. The clothes fit me perfectly. I'm not particularly into Southwest style but I always find things to buy here. In fact, I need new jeans, so I'll visit again soon!

Sundance has such beautiful and unique items. I love the colors, textiles and styles of the clothing, and the home wares are so fun. They scream positivity. I’ve been to mine here in San Diego, and to the one in Bridgeport /Portland while on vacation to visit friends. I picked up a few tops, and was thrilled with my finds. The sales associate helping me was so helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to engage with during my time at the store. I felt like I was her favorite customer, and I would imagine all her other customers feel the same. This was so refreshing, because I didn’t have the biggest purchase, but was treated like a VIP. Meaghan was so wonderful, made my vacation shopping more fun, and was a refreshing ray of style and sunshine. The boutique is fortunate to have her, and she represents the cool Sundance style perfectly! I can’t wait to come back.

if you buy anything from Sundance make sure you won't need to return it. I returned a dress 10 days ago. I have called twice to find out when my return will be credited to my card. I have been told it will be another 2 weeks before I will see a credit on my card. That makes a month for a credit to show on my card. I will never order from them again. So many stores credit when the UPS label they provide shows it is in the system. Is Sundance in such bad financial shape that they must keep us waiting for a month? Beware. At the initial purchase they offer full returns. How is it a full return if my money is held for at least 30 days? that is 30 days they have my money. Bad business practice.

Shopping at the Sundance Store in Bridgeport Village in Tigard is a terrific experience. The store is merchandised beautifully and ticks all the boxes for a customer looking for quality merchandise and customer experience. Michelle was a delight to work with, and her style was fabulous. I ended up finding the perfect dress for renewal of my wedding vows. ? Looking forward to returning to get some staples for fall essentials. Kudos to Michelle, thank you for making shopping fun again.

Gorgeous store, but strange vibe from one of the sales staff. I'm a huge fan of the Sundance catalog. I've been buying stuff online from Sundance for both myself and my husband for well over 10 years. Some of our favorite sweaters, coats, and shirts are from Sundance. When I discovered this store in Tigard (I live in Portland), I was thrilled to go there and see the merchandise in person. I wasn't disappointed by the store. It is stunning! If I worked there, I'd spend my salary buying everything. I went there with my husband (or I should say I dragged him there -- he hates shopping). I hadn't intended to buy anything, but I saw a gorgeous sweater (of course) and my sweet husband wanted to purchase it for me for my upcoming birthday. The sales person that helped me and showed me to the dressing room was charming. Things got weird when my husband paid for the sweater. When he handed his American Express card to the person that rang him up (not the same person that helped me), she said that she hadn't seen an American Express card of that color in a long time. We have the green card, the basic American Express card. I guess most of their customers have gold or platinum (or higher level) cards? WTH? I made a joke that turquoise is my favorite color. (I think the green American Express card looks turquoise.) Anyway, I'll let you decide what her intent was. For me, that comment was insulting. We won't be back. I'll be buying from the catalog from now on.

Sundance at Bridgeport Village is hands down the best place I have shopped at . What makes it a place like no other, is not just the wonderful products but also the amazing people that work there!They have great product knowledge and are always willing to help and assist. The store always smells out of this world and looks so well put together.My compliments to Karen and the dream team for working so hard towards making every experience a special one.Can’t wait to go back!

I used to wok for Sundance but am still an avid shopper of the brand! I went in to the Bridgeport location to see the new products from the catalog but didn’t recognize anyone (all new employees working) they greeted me with a smile and asked what they could help me find!! So kudos to Karen, Meghan, and Mindy for training these lovely ladies to be stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

I personally love the jewelry at Sundance and there clothing is very good quality great balance between classy and affordable. Me and my family have been returning customer for years and their staff is very approachable and friendly when needing help finding items in stores or online!

None of the women’s clothing is for anyone that is over 5’6” tall. The company caters to little women. I’m 5’10” and there is nothing there for me. The sizes run VERY small. Robert Redford needs to realize everyone is not below average in size. I’m very disappointed.

Sundance is such a cute store with a very relaxed vibe. All of their pieces are so unique. I came shopping the other night and Mindy was really sweet and was amazing in helping me find what I was looking for. I always feel like the staff here is super helpful, without being pushy or "in your face". Definitely recommend shopping here.

Company supports fraud. I had $322 in fraudulent charges through their website, wanted to request they cancel charges and provide documents for law enforcement. Provided the credit card information, transaction date and amount. Their response was that I need to provide order number and shipping address, which I obviously don't have as this was fraud.

The other reviews of poor customer service are so true. Wife spent twenty minutes in the store without a smile or a greeting. Staff too busy posing and looking at their phones. They actually rolled their eyes when she asked an question. She dropped the shirts she was going to buy and we walked out. Horrible experience, never to be repeated!

I love Sundance! All the workers are so kind and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I find something I love. They take care to feedback I give and suggest items I might not normally choose for myself, while also giving me time and space to look at items on my own. The physical location only carries women's clothes, jewelry, and home goods, but you can order from the catalog in-store for petites and men's clothes.It's always clean, orderly, pretty to look at, and feels like home :) Highly recommend!
