Hi, Wow, I can't believe the Bad Reviews of the Customer Service before me - makes me relieved I had a pretty nice guy who helped me today! I went in today to check out a Swarovski Ring I had seen online, and had thought they had in the WS Store.. Luckily it was empty on a Mon after lunch and Chris immediately was Avail, greeted me, and we went on a Search for the Ring. There was none there in my Color, so he searched and found 1 @ the Bellevue, Wa Store. so asked for them to send over a Form to Ship over, which sadly my Cell phone took Forever to receive (had to go outside) -it eventually came and I typed it out. But sadly I couldn't end up getting it b/c I wanted to pay w/ the AfterPay App (as I'm currently paying for an Engagement Ring so I couldn't pay this in Full).But I wanted to make a ShoutOut to the Swarovski Team that Chris was Great, he answered all my questions, tried to be accommodating and got me a Stool while we waited, and we joked abt having the same Swarovski watch (I have a blue version). I'm Sorry those other Customers had a bad time, I used to work in Retail and I KNOW how important Customer Service is. Sadly Chris didn't get my Order since I'll have to do it at home -- but I hope he gets noticed with this. Thanks! -Samantha from Vancouver.

Swarovski is absolutely a staple in Washington square mall! They are a luxury retailer but what drew me in was the amazing ? customer service. Ryan specifically was extremely helpful gave amazing recommendations and didn't push me into buying a product I don't want. As well as let me try on anything I wanted which I can't say about all luxury retailers. Highly recommend for any birthday, anniversary or any holiday! Thank you Swarovski for this fabulous experience ? ? ✨ ?.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!The sales associate was incredibly rude. First, we walked in and one associate said, hello, but she was checking-out a customer. The other one stayed behind the counter and didn’t say a word. My aunt and I looked through the glass at a few options and then finally asked him to please help. He came over and I tried on two earrings and asked him for a couple more and he said, “Gosh, are you gonna buy any of this? It’s a lot.” I said, “Excuse me?” He said, “Yes, this is a lot to sanitize. So are you gonna buy it?”We literally walked in with bags of outfits and laid jewelry next to one of the blazers to match the outfit, we continued to say we need jewelry for my birthday outfit and set some aside we liked, why would we not purchase. The presumptuous and dismissive attitude was so off-putting. I’m a customer whose business spends hundreds of dollars on this store online as gifts for our clients and my personal collection but decided to come to the local store today since we were out doing some shopping. Never again. The guy is tall, short hair with grayish, white tips. Super rude.

The sales associates are not accommodating with customers its my second time to get this kind of treatment...the first was when I tried on an earring because I wanted to see if it looked good on me... I didn't know im not supposed to try it on since they were busy chatting with each other and not assisting us... second was when they were busy with a customer and I decided to go and come back when there's an associate thats free... i came back minutes later and was going to purchase when the first customer who didn't buy anything came back and asked her for information... she put me on hold again and gave time and attention to that customer! I walked away... i had better experience with the store at the woodburn location I'll just go there probably. I don't even think this location deserves a star!
