I continue to choose this location over many others as their customer service is always outstanding, and today wasn't any different. Jacinda was very helpful, and had wonderful energy. I appreciate her answering all of my questions, and helping us get my new phone. Thank you!

If I could give it no stars I would. Came to this location looking to get a new phone after calling to confirm they had the one I wanted. When getting there we asked once again if they had it and said yes. We had to call the reps for something else so sat down to figure it out. When going back to start the process of getting a new phone they all of a sudden didn’t have it(10 min later). The lady didn’t even check just simply said they don’t have it. After letting her know we were just told that they did she continued saying it was out of stock. We decide to do the process online and it gave us the option for in-store pick up at WASHINGTON SQUARE where we were just at!!! Not even 30 min after we place the order, it’s ready for pick up. Terrible customer service and definitely won’t be going back to this location and I’d highly recommend no one does unless you want your time wasted.

The rep lied about by one get one free iPhone and now don't want to honor itBait and switchReply to t-mobile it was not a misunderstanding your rep clearly lied to me to get a sale commission the computer even shows that they were to add the bogo back in March. You don't want to honor your word and I'm going to make sure that everyone knows about this I won't accept false apologies they want me to sign up for a magenta plan and pay twice as much to honor this that's bait and switch

Store smells horrible and the customer service is a joke. Please retrain these employees on how to speak to customers. Will drive an extra 20 minutes to a different corporate store so I don’t have to have deal with the lack of customer service or cat urine smell.

Chris and Justin spent HOURS with my family and I to give us the best deals and answer all our questions. We switched from ATT and have no regrets joining T-Mobile. They were patient and kind and didn't rush us. We are VERY happy customers!

Justin, Nary. were all the definition of above and beyond customer service, I really can’t say how much T-Mobile upper management should appreciate these two outstanding staff members. I got 3 phones upgraded to the beautiful iPhone 14pro Max, wife is happy, kid is happy and so am I. Customer service with 5 full stars.

Rudy truly saved me today! Earlier today I went to the Apple geniuses to get my phone replaced because it had a lens broken and I was getting ready to head to Bali first thing in the morning and wanted to be able to take quality pictures. When I replace my phone at the genius store they failed to tell me that I would need a new Sim card in order for it to work. I had a work meeting I had to get to so I went home to back it up there and spent about two hours before I was in full panic mode and decided to go back to the genius store. When I got there they told me that my Sim card was not working and that I needed to go to T-Mobile to get a new Sim card or an e-card. I was a little bit frustrated and now in a full panic attack almost in tears because I would not have switched the phones out had I known this would be an issue. My phone account is under my son's name and I lost his phone number when I switched phones. Rudy help me get into my iCloud contacts, something that the Apple geniuses did not offer, and help me find the phone numbers I needed to gain access to the account. He then got me a new Sim card and walk me through restoring my phone he spent about 30 minutes helping me and calming me down which is really what I needed. I am truly not one to panic so at this point I was in unknown territory but Rudy stay calm and kept smiling and help me through the whole thing. He asked me questions about my trip to call me down and really just went above and beyond for me and if I could have tipped him I would have! I don't know if he is a supervisor or manager or just an associate but she definitely gives T-Mobile a great reputation in my book! This guy deserves a raise he knew more about it than the Apple geniuses and I just can't tell you how grateful I am for him. Any of my future phone business including upgrades will be done through Rudy and if anyone ask me what I recommend I will recommend Rudy at T-Mobile at Washington Square. Thanks again Rudy

Once my contract expires I will be leaving t-mobile. A year ago I purchased a phone as well as a screen protector for my phone. I was told that I can come in and replace the screen protector at anytime. I came in today and was told that they are not able to verify that I purchased a screen protector. I don’t see why I should have to pay for the same product twice due to an error made by an employee.

Three stars for their methods of getting you to sign up. They promised a third line free AND 20% off. After we received the first bill, we went back in for them to explain downs things and they said "Oops sorry, that was wrong, we can't do that." We can only do one, third line free OR 20% off. Could have been an honest mistake but it's not how we felt. Got us to try home internet for free. Ended up getting charged immediately $30. Tried to take the Modem back to the store but they couldn't take it. Have to send back via ups and get a refund next month for the $30. Internet works great right next to the modem but doesn't work on the other side of the house. The store is staffed well. When you walk in, they are all staring at their phones and chatting it up. Then they help you out pretty quick. Instead of chatting and social media surfing, they should learn more about the different plans and phone options. For the amount of time I spent in the store observing, there's one person that is the subject matter expert. People keep going to him for advice but I never saw anyone attempt to learn the things on their own. Once the store is cleared out of customers, they go back to bunching together and staring at their phones swiping up with their thumbs. We switched to T-Mobile because our Verizon service was terrible. Everyone we know that has T-Mobile like the service. After a week, it's true. We have the same experience.

They can’t help process deferred trade-ins, won’t contact customer service for account issues, and can’t look up order info. Seems that this T Mobile exists to sign you up for a plan and that’s about it. You’re on your own afterwards.
