I went into this store overwhelmed & upset about losing a lot of important information on my phone. T-Mobile itself could only do so much. My hope to recover the items faded. Noah saw this. He step out of just doing all a T-Mobile employee could do. As a person he went over & beyond in helping me do anything I could to recover what he could see was important to me. His effort to try truly changed my day. The act of kindness he showed gave me hope again in that moment. Regardless if it could be fixed. Seeing someone serve others selflessly is rare. Even if I could not get all my information restored then. I left with a better understanding of if you can't fix it for someone, you can still find a way to help. Thank you. Best T-Mobile experience I have had.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The lady with the dark hair who helped me was so rude. The minute I walked she treated me in a condescending manner. This lady should be fired. It is unacceptable to lack this kind of unprofessional attitude especially in a customer service oriented role.

“3rd party store”. They won’t warranty or replace any screens when ANY other store in the area does easily. Horrible stock. By far the worst store in the area. Don’t waste your time driving here, many more stores close by with significantly better service.

Absolute worst experience I’ve had in the longest time. From in store each time, to customer care calls, to different information and lack there of from each individual I came across.And in store customer service was beyond disappointing- unless you want to be treated like your teenage daughter treats you on her bad days… more training in the area of communication and body language might help staff under the age of 30.I returned items from initial transaction within the given timeframe, after the run around to days later still find that the phone numbers connected to items hadn’t been cancelled.Each time Left store without knowing my monthly bill, or perks they are offering with promotions, or all of our options/plans for our families needs- which also means I cannot downgrade current plan since I’m”locked in” now; I was not informed to begin with of all plans available to a new account in the first place.Even questions I asked were skipped, glossed over, or ignored unless it was through customer care- where they then told me they couldn’t do anything, it has to be done in store.I’m paying more for our monthly bill as a new account member/plan then I am my already high car insurance. Just disgusting how they treat people and leave information outThe very second I am able to switch- I will never look back at TMobile.

My recent experience with Tmobile was incredibly disappointing. The staff named Frances was rude, condescending, and disrespectful. Multiple negative Yelp reviews confirm that this is a recurring problem. From the start, she showed no interest in helping us. Not only was her tone consistently annoyed, but she also displayed an arrogant attitude. Instead of addressing our questions professionally, she responded with impatience and annoyance. It is deeply disappointing to encounter someone in a customer service role who lacks basic courtesy and empathy. Instead of addressing our questions with professionalism, she responded with impatience and annoyance. It was as if she considered our inquiries to be a burden and was eager to dismiss us as quickly as possible. Her condescending tone and demeanor left us feeling disrespected and undervalued. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. Many others have had similar encounters with this individual, as seen in the negative Yelp reviews. It's disheartening to see such behavior go unchecked. Exercise caution when dealing with this individual, and I hope Tmobile takes immediate action to rectify this situation.

Just wanted to trade in my oneplus 8 using the current promotional offer. Got ignored when I entered the store, I was like, okay. The store wasn't really busy, when it was my turn the girl there told me no offers on trade in the Oneplus 8....and I knew for a fact that the offer is valid. Probably because it was 7:30 pm and they don't want to serve another costumer., Maybe.....hey, I remember now, I got ignored last time when I went to the same store, what the hell T-mobile store ..now, is the offer still valid or not

Wasn't a fan of the service. The girl was terrible at explaining the new set up and wouldn't allow me to view anything unless I bought the phone. She also told me they had purple in stock till the end it was black. So annoyed there. Pretty dumb how things have changed so much in the years of owning phones. So if I have any issues with my phone in the next few weeks I wouldn't be allowed to return it unless I'm charged with a 400 dollars because it's a "restocking fee" outrageous. Won't be going to this location again.

Nessa is the best ever! She slayes the customer service and is so fun to hang with while setting up my purchases. Twice now she made my purchases seamlessly epic. U rock Neesa!!! I hope I spelled this correctly.

I'm always over the moon with the service given by this store. On multiple occasions, we've walked out of the store with the best available information given to us by the reps - they did NOT just tell us lies to make us buy something right that second. They actually want you to be happy with your purchase/make the best purchase for you. Last night in particular, Jessell and Alanna sat with us for a while going through multiple scenarios to sort out the best plans and timing for us in terms of using our Jump plan. The service was so fantastic and I truly felt so listened to that I knew I needed to leave a 5 star review. I've been to numerous other providers (Verizon...) with friends and they were never treated the way we were at this T-Mobile store in particular! We'll always be making sure to get our phone purchases here!
