Used to love coming to target until I saw them pushing wild radical harmful agendas in the children's section. Seriously disappointed. Won't be shopping here again

Grossly understaffed, low inventory and sweltering in the store. I came to pick up an item I had already purchased online. There were 4 people in front of me in the exchange line. I had to wait 20 minutes just to pick up my already purchased item. They only had one poor employee working the line. She was doing her best but one more employee would have made a huge difference. I also had to wait for over 5 minutes just you use the U-scan line. This store is terribly inefficient. This is a multi-billion dollar corporation and there is no excuse not to have a little more staff and climate control.

They recently renovated this store to add an Ulta section and a larger Starbucks. They both look very nice and shiny but the Ulta is usually very sparse with products. I'm going to attribute that to the backlog of COVID supply chain issues.

Do yourself a favor and just shop at a different location. And NEVER place an online order because it'll never get fulfilled and they'll mark things out of stock and then when you have to physically go in to shop for your substitute items (after waiting 6 hours for them to fulfill your order and canceling the order) they'll actually have everything you needed in stock. This has happened the last 2 times and the time before that, it took them 25 minutes just to bring the one box of diapers out to the car.

This is probably the worst target I've ever been to. And I've been to some really bad Targets.9 hours for them to fill my order & it's still not done. I placed it at around 12:30pm today to pick up after work at 5:30pm. It's now 9:30pm. Still not ready. This isn't the first time this has happened, but usually I just cancel the order after 4 or so hours & go get my items myself. The employees want nothing to do with you, their cosmetic section is NEVER fully stocked (or even close to it) & they added an "Ulta" that had maybe one aisle's worth of product. The employees there don't seem thrilled about it, either. The idea was awesome but the execution sucked. Not to mention the milkmaid clothing that seems to be the only option for the past year or however long. You get milkmaid, gym attire, or 12-year-old in the late 90's attire.Just awful. Target's either gone downhill or this location just really sucks.

I went here tonight on a quest for something cute and not too expensive to wear to an event tomorrow. Money is tight and my body type isn't easy to find clothes that fit. It took me over two hours but I pulled together 3 things I wanted to try on only to be told the dressing rooms were closed. It's 7:30 PM so no time to go anywhere else and I can't afford to buy them all then return what doesn't work so I went in search of a manager. I worked retail and managed a store before. I get that there are a lot of clothes to rehang. Took me a while to find the manager, then wait for her to finish helping someone else, but finally get to talk to her and explain my situation. I told her I would gladly put back what didn't work if she could please grant this exception. I'm not a Karen, not a pain, actually never asked anyone anything like this before. I was just desperate and out of time to go anywhere else. No, she said. No exceptions. I made a point of telling her how long it took me to find the few things I found, the importance of getting something, that I'd never asked for such a thing before in my life, and that I must be pretty desperate to wait another 1/2 hour to find and wait for her. Nope. Won't do it even though no one would even be impacted since I'd rehang and return things to their places. No. Didn't bat an eye. Sounds silly but I left, sat in my car and bawled. Can't go with my grandkids tomorrow because I don't have a dress. I haven't seen them in 3 years. Would have shopped earlier but the money I needed to go didn't come to me until this evening. I'm devastated. It was embarrassing trying to tell Shaya (manager) this. I know my experience isn't typical but I'm posting it anyway.

The worst target ever. So very unorganized, so messy and dirty, the clothing section was a wreck and clothes were everywhere from on the floor to unorganized on the tables. I can't explain the messiness of this store

Ordered what we needed online and did order pick up when we were in the area. Order was all together and pick up was quick and efficient. Absolutely love the order pick up and how quick, convenient and efficient it is. Bonus for the person who brought out our order for knowing how to close our hatchback.

My oh my how things change... THOUGH...you are still on your own. This location seems to have very few employees in it and those working are always stocking shelves. So I found piles of things here not found at the other stores which made me a very happy human. Even better is that for the holidays they are open till midnight and the store was nearly empty versus going to other locations where I felt like I should have worn armor and brought a sword to get a few things - seriously people...calm the F down! I did a roll through at 11pm and it was ideal. But it was very nice to walk through a store, find what I needed and have a pretty decent experience all around.

came to return an item I bought earlier this morning from a clackamas target, and it didn't work, so i decided to take it back to the target at washington square where it's closer to me, and with a receipt they said unfortunately i had to take it back to clackamas. aren't you a corporation? ugh

A quick trip in for a few supplies on our work trip to the area, this Target matched most any other. Fluorescent lights, a bit dingy from patronage, relatively organized, and fair prices for staples, especially from the house brand.

Waited in line over 10 minutes for an online pickup order. The system was one of the worst I've ever seen. Returns and online pickup signs all located in the front by a large counter. Two employees were at the register with a huge line of people returning items. Near the online order sign were two employees breaking down boxes with zero acknowement to anyone. I just gave up and decided to go somewhere else.

Really upset after my most recent visit. I had recently come in with my brother and boyfriend for new speakers + headset. We didn't know what we were buying so we had to compare different products in the two different aisles to make sure it was the right choice. Along the way I went looking for furniture but got the garden area confused for the furniture which actually was in the front. So I went near entrance to look but they had few options, then went back to electronics when an employee stopped me and my family saying "Just loitering the store today, guys?" When we had CLEARLY had items our hands we were ready to buy. This was so frustrating and I wish I had talked to him about it. Normally no one talks to me but the one time someone does it's some snarky comment. Wtf
