I do love going to this location. The staff is always super helpful. I came to get a gift for my sister and ended up getting a couple things for myself also. Of course, I also filled a box from the pick a brick wall. Such a great value when you pack everything in tightly.

The LEGO® Store Washington Square is a great place to find unique and wonderful LEGO sets, as well as look at all the amazing things that you can make with LEGOs. There, you can also buy individual LEGO pieces and little characters/townspeople. It's a great place to take your kids or yourself if you're a LEGO enthusiast. Would recommend checking it out.

Small but excellent store. You can build your own lego figure. The staff was very nice. Store is clean and not hectic. Lots of great gift ideas for the lego lovers.

We've been lifelong Lego fans, but showing up early, being 5th in line before they open just to hear they gave tickets away to buy Barad-dûr has been a very poor experience for my son who saved up to buy this set on the promotional release week. We showed up when they opened on the release day and they advised calling the next day (were told they had sets which were all spoken for). They advised calling back Wednesday. Instead we just showed up early before they opened and found out too late about a ticket system which was never previously mentioned. This experience is enough to boycott them all together. Pretty lame Lego.

Helpful store with a great pick a brick wall. They really keep the wall stocked at all times. Store was busy on a Thursday afternoon so not everything was in stock. But they still checked in back for what I was looking for. Staff was very nice. Would recommend shopping here.
