Selena absolutely killed my hair. She listened to me and got me the EXACT results I wanted. She is an elite stylist for a reason. Bleached and toned my hair, trimmed the ends, and gave me a blowout along with Olaplex treatment. Super fun to talk to and sweet. Thank you Selena!!

My daughters and I shopped at this store after Christmas. The cashier did answer our questions ,but had to call the store manager for clarification. (Mind you the Store manager was only 10 yards away) we did exactly what they ask and contacted costumer. We showed the cashier the conversation with Costumer Service. Yet, they refused to do what Customer Service requested.(Mind you the store manager was still 10 yards away from us.) We finally ask for the Manager to come over and she was very condescending and rude to us. ONLY offering to return the product, event though costumer service told them exactly how to solve the issue. The manager had all the information she needed to resolve it, but she chose to rude, condescending, and made us feel like criminals. My youngest daughter (15) asked us why the Manager was acting rude. We put back all the products we were going to purchase and will NEVER purchase anything from this store.My hope is that the District Manager reads this , and provides some training opportunities for her. We contacted costumer service again and share or experience. Customer Service had the solution for us the next day. We went to the Jantzen Beach store in Oregon, the cashier and store manager were very friendly and helpful. I thought I would share our experience because other reviewers had the same experience.

The cashiers here are very rude. Usually ulta has helpful people working here. The woman running the cashier didn’t call me over to help me and refused to look up a product for me to see when it was coming in next. Very disappointing

Greeted right away and they had the mascara I was looking for but the cashier was a snot and for that it went from 5 to 3 stars in 2 minutes.

I wanted to give 5 stars. Because of Sam. I came in there, all dirty from work. This lady didn't even treat me like I felt. She was so kind, and prompt, and found all three of the different things I needed, in just a few short minutes. Not to mention, including, finding my perfect shade of make up. Give this girl a raise. I will return because of this employee.

Store manager was extremely rude for no reason. We went to checkout and she was rude and very belittling. Extremely unprofessional and basically kicked me out of the store. Every time I go into this store I instantly regret it. It's always that one manager who is rude to her employees and her customers. I don't know if she is overcompensating for only having 1 leg, but she sure as heck is rude and bitter about her life. Someone like that should not be a manager if she is taking it out on customers. I don't know what her problem is, but someone needs to put her on a leash!

I've been going here for about 5 years for everything. The salon ladies are fantastic! Maria, by far, is the best stylist I've had in YEARS. She does amazing work on cuts and hair color. The staff is friendly and always available to help. Can be too helpful at times, but that's their JOB! I love this location.
