Have been coming here for several years. Just like most other thrift stores sometimes you find some wins and sometimes you find nothing, its all apart of the process. Always friendly staff and clean store. Glad to have something like this in the local area.

They have a great staff and will take nearly any household items. I've donated load after load here as I'm cleaning my recently sold house. I say they're WAY better than Goodwill.

I've donated quite a few pieces of gently used furniture to them. They were very grateful. They picked everything up from my house.

I was disappointed to see that this thrift store has gone away Value Village and Goodwill and has increased their prices quite a bit. I realize the proceeds go to a good cause, and everything is more expensive these days, but $10 for all adult pants is ridiculous in a thrift store. They had some brands marked even higher, as well as those they were new with tags still on. $13 or $14 for a pair of new Kohl's pants is absolutely insane, at the thrift. I went in here because I donated about four large bags of clothing. I will not be back to shop.

I recently received a thank-you email from UGM-Portland for a $100 donation I allegedly made 12/7/23. I made no such donation. My bank records show that no donation came out of my account. I don't know if this is some odd accounting error on UGM's part or an extremely unethical attempt at fundraising. I work in philanthropy and know this is clumsy at best and unethical at worst. I've contacted UGM-Portland's executive director, Matt Stein, twice (his name was listed on the letter's electronic signature) -- but he hasn't bothered to answer my inquiries.

Greedy greedy greedy . Who can afford to shop here? Definitely not low income families. Definitely not vintage resellers. Their two main customer demographic. I don't care how much something is worth on Chairish or Ist Dibs. These are donated items. Items they got for FREE!!! Donated to a Christian charity with the mindset that they would be passed on to families that can not afford retail prices. Today i saw a couch for $1199. A dirty couch no less. A couch that had definite structural issues. Are they insane???? Disgusted. (I called them later to confirm price tag was not a typo, and indeed it was not. They confirmed the price of $1199)

Recent changes have made this thrift store more welcoming! Their book section is so well organized. It's a huge thrift shop, with a lot of treasures to look through!

I stopped going to this thrift store a few months ago because the prices were super high and the clothing selection was limited. I tried it again a couple weeks ago and am pleasantly surprised to see that their prices are much more reasonable now (cheaper than Goodwill) and there’s a much larger clothing selection!I’ve gone back a handful of times in the last couple weeks and have always left with a couple good finds. The houseware selection is also very big and usually has a good mix of modern and vintage items. They also have a free bin of clothes and shoes in the back for those who need it.I’m very glad that this thrift store has turned around for the better and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Even though it's hidden behind other businesses, this place is great to get a good deal. They have a lot of discounts the first Saturday of the month.

Visited this Thrift store yesterday with my girlfriend and we had a fun experience shopping. Such a wide selection of items and they're organized fairly well. Employees were nice. I liked how quiet and relaxed the store was. And they have dressing rooms!Yes, it's a bit hard to navigate to but if you miss the entrance there is a huge parking lot at the next turn so it's not a big deal. And yes, some of the prices are quite high, particularly furniture items, but for the most part there are good deals and prices are on par with the Goodwill retail stores. We bought 2 large bags worth of items for $100 and were happy with the purchases.

Great selection of modern couches and consoles that you don’t see at some of the other local thrift shops with furniture. Got a new joybird armchair for $50 that was originally $1600.
