If you want to feel like an inconvenience and leave with your blood pressure spiking from how awful the people here are, this is the place for you! This is easily the worst location I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve never once encountered a friendly employee here. The short Asian man with salt-and-pepper hair desperately needs a crash course in basic respect. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely—cut off mid-sentence and even threatened with a charge for using a tiny bit of tape because I ran out. His exact words: “Don’t be surprised if I charge you next time.” Here’s a thought: let customers finish speaking, stop interrupting, and if you can’t handle basic courtesy, maybe stay home instead of being a jerk to everyone at work. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Absolutely amazing staff especially the the two young guys Landen and Kevin. They were very helpful and went to my car and grabbed my very heavy package because I am paraplegic .

The employees went above and beyond to help me send a wedding bouquet. They helped with the box, looked up different sizing and speed options, and tried to help keep shipping costs as low as possible. Absolutely recommend!

I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews for this place. I've been a frequent customer for many years and have never had a bad experience. Most of the time I'm just there to drop off an Amazon return and they're always fast and friendly with that. Now and then when I have to actually ship something, they are great at telling me clearly what my options are and how much each of them will cost. Glad to have such a friendly crew here, always ready to help!

Terrible customer service. Guy with the glasses working on 6/25 slammed my box to the ground, at least wait until I leave. Not welcoming nor spoke at all. Just handed me my receipt.

I had an amazon item that has to be returned at a UPS store, I came in with the item and the code, the UPS specialist behind the store, quickly scanned, printed and stuck on the item. It was quick and efficient, I will come here again in the future as I had a great experience with this team - thank you!

This is by far the worst UPS Store experience I’ve had. While they offer Amazon returns, their customer service is incredibly inconsistent. You can’t pick and choose which customers deserve good service and which ones don’t — everyone should be treated with the same level of professionalism and respect. If you’re going to provide Amazon return services, then your staff should be trained to handle those interactions properly, without attitude or bias. Definitely wish this wasn’t the closest UPS store for me

The service at this UPS store is very thorough, clear, and fast. I can go in and out within just a couple of minutes, and they are always great at letting you know what they need from you. Overall, great location.

In November of 2024, I had a large painting shipped from this store to my home in the Midwest. The painting was securely packaged and arrived undamaged. I was quite pleased with the assistance and service I received at this UPS store.
