The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I’ll be shopping here more often for that reason. Me and my daughter were very happy with our purchase that they helped us find and made sure I knew about a coupon I received for $10 off due to canceling my online order for not having the shirt in stock. They followed that with locating the shirt and i ended up needing a smaller size than my original order anyways! 🙏🏻

A lot of the clothes are trying to follow the TikTok micro trends & fall flat of what it is trying to recreate. They have a bunch of small random household items that make no sense or only someone who doesn’t think critically of their purchases would buy. I did happen to buy a denim mini skirt & some earrings while inside the store. When I was trying on clothes one of the sensors just happened to fall right off. One of the only things that I do love about this store is that it will price match the online price.

Disappointing Experience at Urban Outfitters – Bridgeport Village
I walked into Urban Outfitters at Bridgeport Village expecting the vibrant, well-curated store I once knew. Instead, I was met with something that looked more like a swap meet than a high-end retail space. The inventory felt completely off-brand—ceramic pink cowboy hats, ceramic ashtrays (who even buys ashtrays anymore?), and a scattering of baseball caps. It lacked the stylish, unique pieces that used to make Urban Outfitters a go-to destination for trendy fashion and home goods.
Despite there being several employees present, not one greeted us or asked if we needed help. My date was actually looking for a gift for his mother, but with the lack of assistance and the disorganized state of the store, that wasn’t going to happen. The entire place felt messy and neglected, and it was clear that customer service was not a priority. Employees were more interested in chatting and looking at their phones than straightening merchandise or engaging with customers.
Maybe the retail model for this location has shifted to self-service, but as someone who works in retail myself, I don’t see this store surviving much longer if it continues down this path. The lack of attention to inventory, presentation, and customer service is a recipe for failure. Unless leadership steps in to bring structure and engagement back to the store, I can’t imagine it lasting another six months.
It’s disappointing because this location has so much potential. But as it stands, I wouldn’t return, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it. Urban Outfitters, you can do better.

This location is geared towards the 14-18yo demographic and doesn’t cater to men or adult women (like it used to). Sizes aren’t small enough - mostly large/wide clothing. Couldn’t find a lot of clothing made of natural materials either, everything was poly/spandex. Lastly, it’s also really dusty and dirty. This store reminded me of a more modern TJMaxx. Not the experience UO is known for.

Claire answered my phone call right at opening and was genuinely nice. They found me exactly what I needed in the sale section and put it on hold. I rarely post my opinions but I really appreciated their energy.

they’re something i guess?? they have cute stuff and a lot of nice music but the vibes are scary why do u need high vaulted ceilings ur not a mansion. why am i paying $90 for a pair of jeans that look like it’s from marshall’s and why am i paying $50 for a dress that looks like it’s from shein for $13

They never have things in stock despite their website saying they do. Make you waste time going in store to look for things and then tell you they’ll get a shipment soon.

The employees here all collectively have about 4 brain cells combined, even when you're understanding and patient!! Now I can't get my package delivered because of this dumb girl ?? Like hun learn to speak up!! Playing with other peoples time !! I even double checked with you and asked if you had the apartment complex.

I had a TERRIBLE experience at this location. I ended up spilling a drink there and cleaned it up myself with napkins out of morals. When I wanted to throw away the napkin, however, I thought I could throw it away in the fitting room area but the retail person was BEYOND rude to me. I thought of reporting it to the manager but did not want to escalate the situation. It was on December 15th at 6:00 PM so I hope that lady can reflect and have a better attitude.
